A lady purtaining to be from Hermes has endeavoured to contact me via my partner’s mobile phone. The lady stated that I had a parcel to be collected - I don’t have a parcel to be collected nor do I have a Next account as the lady stated. I contacted the lady myself and upon requesting where she was calling from, the telephone cut off, I then called her again and upon requesting where she was calling from she replied by stating “what do you mean” eventually she stated that Hermes had given her my details. Although she wanted me to co firm my address. She had the incorrect telephone number, wished to confirm my address for a return parcel from a company that I don’t hold an account for! In the age of identity theft I found this issue to be of concern. Please look into this issue, I can provide the callers mobile telephone number.
