I have still not received my item could someone please tell me when I am expected to be getting my item as it’s been a week now and still no contact from my Hermes as to when I can expect my item and no updates whatsoever on the tracking information my app and mobile software are all the latest versions and I have refreshed my browser and done all the necessary things I have checked all the inbox’s in my email including my spam and junk mail, I have checked my amazon account messages and nothing as been updated, the seller and amazon customer services are displaying the same information I am getting, I have also used my Hermes site via my browser and app I have also used the automated tracking information and there is no new update on this either so please please get in touch with me or the seller as I have paid for this item and it’s is now very over due.

GetHuman3340635 did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
