I have listed some items for sale on musicMagpie, and Hermes was supposed to collect them today between * am and * pm. Despite receiving an email confirming the collection, they haven't shown up. I've already prepared the parcels with their postage labels. Can I drop them off at a Hermes location without incurring any charges? My partner also had a parcel scheduled for collection today, all going to musicMagpie. It is disappointing that Hermes did not stick to the agreed collection day. They should improve their service by either honoring the scheduled pick-up day or at least communicating to reschedule.

A package was sent from a local pick-up point in Blaby, Leics on July 9th. Currently, the tracking information is only available up to July 12th with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. The latest update mentioned delivery in 3 working days, but there hasn't been any movement since July 12th. I'm now actively following up on this. When attempting to email, the system indicates the parcel was dispatched from a retailer, which is not the case for me. Kindly provide information on the current status and location of the parcel. Thank you. After 11 days, the parcel has finally been delivered, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged with a piece missing. The customer has accepted it despite the issues encountered.

The estimated delivery time was between 3 pm and 5 pm. Despite staying at home all day, the tracking information showed the item was delivered at 3.30 pm to a safe place that wasn't my house. I didn't receive any notification about the delivery, so I had to search in the neighborhood to locate the gate in the photo. After finding the gate and speaking to the residents, they were unaware a package had been left there. There was no attempt made to inform me or ensure the item reached the correct address, which is clearly labeled with the house number. I expect better service for the delivery that was paid for.

I am pleased to share that I have had a positive experience using your services at Waterloo Gardens in Pen y Lan, Cardiff, without any delivery issues. While getting accustomed to using the machine, I realized I forgot to select the signed-for delivery option. Subsequently, I reprocessed the payment to include the signed-for delivery. I am a regular customer of Next and recently received a card on 12/07/19 saying my parcel was left between the bins, which wasn't true. The parcel number is [redacted]8. Despite checking thoroughly, I couldn't find it in my front garden. Another card mentioned my parcel was with a neighbor at [redacted], which was confusing as I live at 42. I was home yesterday when supposedly a parcel was out for delivery, but the Hermes delivery person didn't knock, left a parcel near my recycling bins without a card, and left. All my other parcels arrived safely except the one with the mentioned parcel number. I contacted Hermes, didn't get through, and was still charged over £5 for the call. Please investigate this matter.

I am currently waiting for a delivery from Shoe Zone via Amazon, and I received a message on my phone stating that a delivery attempt was made today around 11:40. However, we have been home all day, and upon checking outside, no one was present to deliver the parcel or rang the bell. The tracking information claims that the parcel has been delivered, but this is not the case. I am unable to reach Hermes customer service to resolve this issue. However, the status now indicates a delay, with a promise for delivery as soon as possible. I would appreciate clarity on the reason for the delay. I have been eagerly awaiting my package all day, for which I took time off work. I am deeply frustrated with the delay in its delivery. Despite paying for same-day delivery and receiving a message indicating delivery between 1pm and 3pm, the package has not arrived. I placed an order on the 16th of July with next day delivery, but Hermes has yet to deliver my parcel. Even though I need the parcel urgently, it is now three days late. Despite the company I ordered from indicating it would arrive by the end of today, there has been no delivery. I am disappointed with Hermes for not meeting the scheduled delivery time and failing to communicate with me regarding the delay. I strongly urge Hermes to deliver my parcel promptly today, as it should have arrived two days ago.

I have not received my parcel yet. I never signed for it, but an email showed a forged signature claiming it was delivered. I contacted the courier who admitted delivering it to the wrong address. She went to 29 South Road, a derelict house, instead of my address at 29A Almshouse on the same road. I am upset by this mistake and will be contacting the retail company that used Hermes to send my parcel. I am still waiting for a response to a complaint I emailed about yesterday. When I returned home, I found my garden fence knocked down because one of the delivery drivers forced open the gate. We have not used the gate for almost a year as it was securely nailed shut for security. Despite this, a delivery person entered through the gate recently, causing damage. Yesterday, another delivery person forced the gate open, causing further damage to my fence. I had to hastily try to fix it to prevent my dog from escaping. The parcel was left exposed in the rain in the garden, rather than at the back door. I am greatly disappointed and require a prompt reply. - Mrs. B.

Hello, I'm feeling quite frustrated as I haven't been able to make any progress. I attempted to call all the provided numbers but was unsuccessful as no one answered or the numbers were not recognized. It seems like my package might have been delivered to the wrong address and signed for by a different person. I urgently need to have a conversation with a live person and not just an automated message. I have been persistently trying for two days to reach out to someone without success. Tracking Number [redacted][redacted] The parcel was scheduled for delivery on 17 July but appears to be returning to us, indicated by the tracking showing it in Thurrock. Despite paying £2.79 for delivery to the customer, it's now being redirected back. This unexpected turn of events has left our customer unhappy as the parcel did not reach them as promised. We are also disappointed by this situation. On 17.7.19 at 10:17, the parcel was meant for delivery, but at 16:33, a return to sender request was made. We need Hermes to investigate and resolve this issue promptly. Our customer is waiting for the item, and we are at a loss for an explanation. If the parcel returns to us, we will be at a loss due to circumstances beyond our control. We request Hermes to deliver the parcel to our customer without additional charges and as quickly as possible to the correct address. Thank you.

I was expecting a delivery from Hermes on Saturday, July 20th. However, I received a message saying that the parcel was delivered through my letterbox along with a photo showing the delivery person's finger over the camera lens. After checking with my partner, daughter, and neighbors, it was clear that no parcel had been received. I have contacted Hermes and the supplier with the photo, and I am currently waiting for their response. Hermes' handling of this situation has been disappointing.

I was informed that my delivery would arrive at Hawarden High School on either Thursday or Friday, which was convenient for me. However, the parcel did not arrive on those days. Despite living just 2 minutes away, I was unable to have the delivery redirected to 1 St Pauls Close, Friars Court, Hawarden, Flintshire, CH5 3QG. Since the school is now closed for the holidays, I anxiously waited at the caretaker's office beside the school from 10 am to 12 pm today. However, it turns out the parcel delivery attempted the front entrance without checking the back entrance, causing a missed delivery. Now, I must wait an additional 48 hours for redelivery. I have tried calling both of the provided phone numbers with no success. Could you guide me on how to initiate a live chat? The details are: Collection Address: SW16 2QN Delivery Address: KY11 8ST Package Weight: 10 - 15 kg Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I recently noticed a charge of £15.80 on my Lloyd bank statement, yet PayPal is asking for a payment of £10.80. Upon checking my Hermes account, I noticed that the item is still marked as awaiting collection. I believe this discrepancy might be due to me inadvertently deleting one of the collection arrangements when comparing payments on your website. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed. I want to verify if the item has been returned to Amazon and if the pending payment on PayPal can be stopped since I do not have two items for collection. Dear Customer Service, I utilized Hermes for sending a parcel, dropping it off at our local store. The parcel was collected and a delivery attempt was made late in the evening at 9PM, but the business was closed, resulting in non-delivery. Hermes requested an extra £10.80 for a re-delivery due to parcel size. I am disappointed for two reasons: the attempt was made after business hours, and the parcel size was accepted during the initial pickup and first delivery. Now, I am upset and stressed by this treatment. I am requesting compensation of £15 for the delayed delivery and logistic issues. If not resolved, I will escalate the matter to PayPal, as it was used for payment. The order reference is [redacted]8. I was informed that Studio had delivered a package to Jennie Warner at EAP Property Services, showing a signature. However, the package was incorrectly delivered to RDP Accountants. Despite the signature shown, RDP Accountants did not sign for it, as it was not meant for them. The handling of this situation is unacceptable. The package should not have been misplaced, and the delivery person should not have signed for it. More thorough research should have been conducted to locate the correct recipient. It is imperative that the Hermes delivery person receives proper training to avoid similar incidents in the future. Additionally, they should face consequences for this unsatisfactory delivery. I need assistance in contacting your complaints department, as I am experiencing difficulties reaching resolution through phone calls and emails. The issue arose from a delivery dispatched on the 20th of July from your Radcliffe depot to 1 Lynmouth Close, Radcliffe, M26 2RR. Regrettably, the delivery person damaged my letterbox. To my dismay, I discovered the broken piece beneath the front step, carelessly stashed. There was no explanatory note or even an apology. Ordinarily, I would mend it myself, but it proved impossible, leading me to purchase a replacement at £30. As a senior citizen, this expense is significant to me. This correspondence serves as a formal complaint, and I anticipate reimbursement for the incurred cost.

I received a notification from the courier stating that my package was delivered, but it was not received in my apartment building, marking the second time this has occurred. It's frustrating to only have access to an automated service that insisted the delivery was made. When issues persist unresolved, being able to speak with an individual is essential. My parcel, sent by Ambrose Wilson through Hermes, is at issue. After contacting Ambrose Wilson for assistance, they relayed that Hermes confirmed the delivery. However, I can confirm the parcel did not reach me. I've been requested to provide Hermes 24 hours to locate the package. Though Hermes claims to have delivered it to a neighbor with a signature, it was not within my secure building's premises. Access to the building is restricted, and visitors must contact residents via intercom for entry, which is monitored by security cameras. It's crucial to inform Hermes about these security measures.
