I arranged for a parcel to be collected by a Hermes courier on July 1st at 10:35. The courier's van had a registration number of MW52 DFL. The parcel, sent on behalf of Interparcel, was classified as Large and Light. It was correctly addressed to Lucky Stuff at Elmsett Airfield in Ipswich, Suffolk. The parcel dimensions were approximately 145cm x 48cm x 35cm and it weighed 12kgs. The courier had trouble scanning the address label, providing me with a card containing a barcode number [redacted]2. Despite receiving initial emails confirming the pickup and transit, I have not received any further updates, causing me concern about the parcel's whereabouts. Hello, I am in need of your urgent assistance regarding reference number P2G[redacted]1. We paid for the parcel to be collected on Wednesday, 3rd July. Despite the house being occupied all day, nobody from Hermes came to collect the parcel. We received an apology email at the end of the day stating that the collection couldn't be done and should be rescheduled. The collection was rescheduled for today, 6th July. However, the tracking information now shows that three collection attempts were made on Wednesday, Thursday, and the final one on Friday, which is inaccurate. The parcel has actually been rebooked for today, 6th July. We are concerned about whether the parcel will be picked up as scheduled and paid for. We have previously had a positive experience with your service and hope that you can ensure the collection and delivery of the service we have paid for. Thank you.

I received an email stating my parcel was delivered and signed for, which did not happen. Despite receiving texts about the delivery timeframe changing, the parcel was never received. I left a note for the delivery person to leave the parcel with my neighbor, but it was not done. The following day, I discovered that the parcel was marked as successfully delivered. This has happened once before when the delivery was placed at the wrong address. I urgently need the contents of the parcel for an event. Please locate my parcel and deliver it to me promptly. I sent a text earlier but have not received a reply. My name is Ann Cox, and I am reaching out about my missing parcel. I received a message stating the parcel was successfully delivered and signed for at my household, but I did not receive it nor sign for it. This has happened to me for the second time recently. In the past, I provided evidence that a package was not delivered properly as the photo showed a different front door. This current parcel indicates it was signed for, but it was not by me. The parcel is important as it contains a dress I purchased for an upcoming trip in 2 weeks. My postcode is SW6 4 JH, and if I am not at home, parcels are usually left at no. 18 Ethel Rankin Ct. I am extremely dissatisfied with Hermes' delivery service. Despite selecting next-day delivery, my parcel was neither delivered to my neighbor as requested nor received at my home. Surprisingly, the tracking information indicated it was delivered to my address, which is impossible as I was at work. Moreover, upon checking the delivery notice, I discovered that my signature was forged. This fraudulent behavior is unacceptable and constitutes a criminal offense. I demand immediate contact to address this issue before taking further action. The negligent service has resulted in me missing an event, losing money on expedited shipping, and having my parcel stolen. I am extremely disappointed with the way your delivery drivers handle people's goods. Recently, my Avon delivery was carelessly left in my waste bin, which is unhygienic and unacceptable, especially considering it could have been bin collection day. Even worse, a package clearly marked "Live plants please handle carefully" arrived in a severely damaged box today, with no apology or explanation provided. I urge you to prohibit all delivery staff from leaving items in waste bins and ensure proper handling when delivering fragile items. I also expect compensation for the damaged item. I will share these experiences with the supplier in hopes they reconsider using your service. It's disheartening to see the little tree I received suffering from the mishandling it endured during delivery.

I placed an order with Wayfair and was initially informed of a delivery date of 10th July [redacted], but then received an email rescheduling it to 5th August [redacted]. Upon returning home on 8 July [redacted], I found a Hermes card indicating a parcel was left with my vacationing neighbor. Unaware of the delivery, I checked my emails and saw messages from Hermes regarding the delivery of my Wayfair order that day. Subsequently, I received another email stating it had been left in a shed, which was puzzling as my neighbor doesn't have one. After viewing the tracking photo, it was evident that the package was placed in my neighbor's backyard, not in a shed as indicated. Fortunately, it was still there, but I am displeased with the lack of discretion shown as the area is not securely enclosed. This incident occurred on the first delivery attempt, causing me inconvenience in having to access another person's property to retrieve my item during their absence.

I placed an order for a tent to be delivered to my sister's address in the UK as I am currently residing in Germany. We intended to use the tent for camping together. However, my sister did not receive the item even though an email indicated it was signed for at her residence. Unfortunately, she was not home at the time of delivery, and the item was signed for by someone else at a different location without any notification left by the courier. Tracking ID: [redacted][redacted] I did not receive my order even though the tracking status shows it was delivered. I suspect there might be an address mix-up since I reside at: 1/1 95 Cartvale Road Glasgow G42 9RW In my area, items sometimes get mistakenly sent to Cartvale Avenue or Cartvale Drive instead. The delivery was made by a person named Paul. I would appreciate it if you could verify with him the location of my package. Thank you.

I was expecting to receive three separate parcels yesterday, Monday, July 3, [redacted]. Two parcels were delivered to my neighbor, but one parcel is still missing. I opted for next day delivery, and Hermes is responsible for this particular parcel. I would like assistance in locating the delivery driver to resolve this issue. It appears there was a mix-up with the parcels. The undelivered parcel has been mistakenly signed for, while one of the delivered parcels is still showing as outstanding in Hermes' tracking system. The missing parcel contains clothing valued at over £50, which is urgent for me. I am disappointed with the service and the confusion surrounding the deliveries and tracking information.

I made a purchase on eBay on June 20th, and Hermes attempted delivery the next day but claimed they couldn't access the entrance door. I reached out to them three times providing all necessary details, yet the parcel hasn't been delivered. I am extremely frustrated. I took time off work today to receive a package that had changing delivery times. Initially, it was scheduled for before 11 a.m., then moved to before 2 p.m., and later to 4 p.m. Finally, I received only the legs of a TV console, missing the console itself. I need the complete package delivered today without any excuses. The service provided is unacceptable!

I found a note at my doorstep indicating a supposed 'final delivery attempt', yet it's actually the first delivery notice I received. Can the parcel be delivered on the next attempt? According to the tracking details, the package is 'in transit', not 'out for delivery'. The reference number on the note is [redacted]0.

I have been unable to be present for the courier attempting to pick up my QVC return over the last couple of days due to work. They plan to make one last try tomorrow, but I will be at work again. I will be available on Friday, June 12th, and would like to schedule the parcel pick-up for then. How can I set this up since the courier did not leave any contact information? Tina R. I made a purchase last week with next day delivery from boohoo. However, the parcel hasn't arrived yet, even after several days of tracking showing daily delays. This is frustrating as the delivery has not been made. Additionally, another order placed through Amazon, using the same courier, has also not been delivered after 7 weeks. There was no attempted delivery and no card left at the door. I am out of pocket by £60 due to both undelivered orders. I am eager to know the status of my packages and when I can expect to receive them as the lack of communication and delayed deliveries are disappointing.

I was expecting a package to arrive between 2 and 4 yesterday, but it didn't show up until around 7 pm when I wasn't home. Today, I left a note on my door with instructions for my neighbors to receive the parcel, but it hasn't been delivered yet. We recently received confirmation that our parcel has been delivered. However, no one rang our doorbell or knocked on our door. The delivery was signed for with what appears to be the number 2, but when we checked with the tenants of number 2, they did not receive any packages for us. I have been waiting for the delivery for two days. I did not authorize anyone else to sign for it. It has been over a week, and we need to know where our package is or have it delivered by tomorrow as we are running out of alternatives. I paid for next day delivery two nights ago. My parcel was scheduled to arrive between 5pm-7pm last night. Despite receiving an email about a courier delay, my parcel did not arrive during the revised 7pm-9pm timeframe. I am frustrated as I specifically chose next day delivery, needing the items for my holiday departure tonight. I discovered the delay only by checking my emails - no one called to inform me. I feel like I wasted money on a service that did not meet expectations, especially when standard delivery could have sufficed. I received an email stating my parcel would arrive between 12pm-2:00pm. However, at 3:11pm, I got another email saying the parcel was delivered and signed for. I've been home waiting since noon, and no one has shown up with a delivery. I did not sign for anything, and the parcel is nowhere to be found. This needs to be sorted out promptly. I am selling items on musicMagpie, and Hermes was supposed to collect them today between * am and * pm but haven't shown up. I received an email from them yesterday confirming the collection, which never happened. I have already attached the postage labels and am wondering if I can take the boxes to a nearby Hermes drop-off point without any charges. My partner also had a parcel due for collection today. All parcels are going to musicMagpie. This situation needs to be resolved promptly with the courier either sticking to the original collection day or contacting me to reschedule.
