I need assistance with my parcel that was sent to a click and collect store near my house on Food and Tipple Tong Road in Bolton. The store claims they haven't received my parcel, and according to my email, it's being returned to the sender. I haven't received any information on it being resent. I would like it to be delivered to my address at 37 Forton Ave, Bolton BL2, 6JE. Feeling stressed, the seller is uncooperative, only referring to the tracking number - [redacted][redacted]. Is my parcel still at your warehouse? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am inquiring about my order with reference number [redacted]1, which was scheduled for collection on Friday, May 17. However, when I tracked the item, it shows that the parcel is still waiting to be collected. Initially, Hermes denied collecting the parcel. After verifying with the bowls club, they confirmed that Hermes collected the bag at 12:05 pm on May 17 and provided a barcode/receipt number. Hermes later acknowledged collecting the bag but did not explain why they initially claimed it was not collected. They mentioned conducting a search at their depot, which might take up to 24 hours. Subsequent communication revealed that the bowls bag is now considered lost. When attempting to fill out an online claim form, it appears to be geared towards items purchased from a retailer for delivery by Hermes, requesting invoices/cost information that I do not possess. I have reached out to Hermes again today, highlighting the mentioned issues and requesting another search for the missing package.

I was delivered the wrong parcel by the courier. Instead of delivering it to me at 15 East Park Street, he mistakenly took it to 55 East Park Street. Due to my severe sciatica, I cannot walk the long distance to retrieve it. Contacting Hermes has been unhelpful as they direct me to their website and promptly hang up. Unfortunately, I find their website confusing and unhelpful. In my 22 years of working at White Arrow, issues like this were handled promptly by speaking with a representative. I am frustrated with the Hermes site and just want my parcel returned to me.

I kindly request My Hermes to adjust their delivery times for businesses. The business I had a package delivered to closes at 5:00 pm, yet attempts are made as late as 8:00 pm. If the delivery window was disclosed earlier, I would have opted for a home delivery. The parcel number is [redacted][redacted], and I aim to have it delivered before 5:00 pm or even earlier on Fridays before 4:00 pm. The website lacks user-friendly options to reroute the package to a neighbor. It is frustrating that contacting customer service is challenging. Please contact me on my mobile at 07[redacted]36 to address this issue. I prefer the item to be delivered to my home address given the repeated unsuccessful attempts at my business address after hours. This has caused inconvenience with three failed deliveries and numerous emails.

I recently returned from a holiday on 13/05/[redacted] to 26/05/[redacted] and found 3 "sorry I missed you" cards from the courier service. The delivery attempts were scheduled for 14/05 and 15/05, with the final card stating the parcel is with the local courier. I tried contacting Krystal at the number provided ([redacted]7), but it appears to be invalid. When I checked the delivery tracking online using card number [redacted]3, it inaccurately shows the parcel as delivered. However, I never received it, and the last card indicates the courier still holds it. This discrepancy is concerning, and I require urgent assistance to locate my missing parcel. This is my second message today regarding the issue with the driver not accepting my item. He claimed the size was incorrect, but it was indeed correct, including the weight. It was missing labels, which we have since emailed to the seller. We are regular users of HERMES, and the driver has always been provided with labels in the past. The driver was extremely rude to my poor husband who waited all day. Please arrange for the prompt collection of my parcel. We have paid for this service and expect better. I would appreciate your assistance with an issue I encountered. I placed an order with TK Maxx, providing my postcode as BT78 1HA which mistakenly showed an address in Birmingham. Despite my correction to my actual home address, the order was not updated accordingly. Hermes delivered my parcel (Tracking Number: 8[redacted] 2[redacted]) to Unit 42, Elmdon Trading Estate, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham on May 7th. TK Maxx attempted to contact Hermes to retrieve the parcel, but the status is unclear. I tried to locate the recipient at the delivery address but found no business information. Contacting Unit 44 in the same estate revealed no signage for a business at that unit. I seek assistance in having the parcel returned to TK Maxx for a refund due to its significant value. I had a collection scheduled for 16/05/19. After contacting your live chat, they rescheduled it for 18/05/19. However, on that day, the courier was given the wrong parcel size. Subsequently, the collection was rearranged for 20/05/19. The Hermes courier arrived at 15:45 and mentioned collecting two parcels with an incorrect tracking reference, but eventually, the mattress was collected. I received a collection voucher with tracking reference [redacted]0. Since then, I have attempted to track the parcel, which was supposed to be delivered by 25/05/19. Unfortunately, as of today, 30/05/19, the tracking reference only shows the parcel is in transit. I am quite frustrated with the delays and uncertainty regarding the delivery. Sincerely, R. Pettison.

I found a card in my letterbox indicating I missed a delivery. When I checked the tracking number, it said the item was delivered. However, the photo on the card only showed a road with no identifiable landmarks. After my frantic search to locate my parcel, a neighbor informed me that the driver left it on the pavement outside my house. Living on a busy street, I was upset that my package was left unsecured for anyone to grab. Thankfully, my vigilant neighbor intervened and prevented someone from taking the parcel. I appreciate the neighbor's assistance in delivering the package to me after work. I urge you to ensure this careless delivery method is not repeated to prevent potential theft.

Tracking: [redacted][redacted] I have been attempting to reach out for two days just to inform you that my mobile number is no longer in service. I have tried to use live chat but have been unable to locate it. This information is crucial because our address can confuse drivers, leading them to the back of the houses instead. Most drivers do not ask for directions when they encounter this issue and end up leaving the area. We have tried contacting Garmin to rectify this, but without success. I am extremely frustrated as the Hermes delivery driver mistakenly delivered my parcel to the wrong address. After reaching out to them, they provided a photo showing the incorrect house where it was left. Despite my efforts to contact the seller, I have been met with silence. On the 31st of May [redacted], I was expecting a delivery from Studio Express Gifts via Hermes. I stayed home all day but later found three emails indicating my parcels had been delivered and signed for, which I did not do. I checked with my neighbors to no avail. It seems the delivery driver has mistakenly delivered to the wrong address as I did not sign for anything. I have informed the retailer and they are looking into it. My name is D. I'm frustrated because a Hermes delivery person left my parcel in an unsafe location contrary to their policy. The package wasn't there when I went to retrieve it. I'm puzzled as to why they didn't leave a note and attempt delivery on another day if it was unsafe. I've asked neighbors if they received it, but it appears to have been stolen. The parcel was worth £47.92, and I'm unsure how to be compensated for this.

I am frustrated because Hermes delivered the wrong parcel to my address, and I have yet to receive mine. I am unable to contact anyone to resolve this issue. The customer service form is not helpful as it instructs me to contact the retailer, but the parcel is still in Hermes' possession. I am left without my parcel, no solution, and no means of reaching out to the company for assistance. Additionally, I had to take the extra step to deliver the incorrect parcel left at my property by Hermes.

On May 31, [redacted], I made a purchase on Amazon UK that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes courier to my address and signed for. However, I did not receive the package at my address, and the signature provided is not mine, as it only consists of three letters of my Christian name. The item, stainless steel hanging pet bowls for a puppy crate priced at £12.99, was to be delivered to Lynn Crookes at 4 Damon Avenue, Ravensciffe, Bradford BD100LJ. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and the email notification indicated delivery at 5:06 pm. Despite being home all day, no courier arrived. Interestingly, a friend who lives nearby also experienced a similar issue with a delivery supposedly made one minute after mine. I expected a delivery of 50 bamboo canes today based on your tracking service. I left a note on my door with instructions, but the package wasn't delivered when I returned. The tracking information shows an attempted delivery at 13:32, but I was at home with the note still on the door. I'm concerned if there was a mistake with the address - Bont, Monmouthshire Np7 8Nt. Hello, I had scheduled a parcel collection for Friday, but it was postponed to be picked up on Saturday. Unfortunately, the collection did not occur on Saturday either. When I returned on Monday, I left the parcel in the meter cupboard with a clear note about its location, but the note was returned through the letterbox with a message from Jackie, the Hermes courier, asking me to call at 07[redacted]24. I tried calling 24 times yesterday between 4 pm and 8:30 pm, and again this morning since 7:30 am, but the line was constantly engaged. I also attempted to contact the office at 8:00 am, but only received a recorded message directing me to email. This experience has been disappointing for me, especially as a first-time user. I have Alzheimer's and I would greatly appreciate speaking to a representative for assistance. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you, Garry B.

I ordered two pairs of shorts from Topshop, split into two deliveries. The first one arrived fine, but today Hermes claimed they delivered the second package at 8:50 am. I found this odd since no one was home at that time. I checked indoors and outside, including with neighbors, but no luck. The delivery details even show a picture that doesn't match my property. I have screenshots of everything in case it helps locate my missing package.

I recently received a delivery at the office and wanted to share my experience. While the delivery itself was fine, I was disappointed by the attitude of your driver. Despite my attempts to get his attention, he handed the parcel to the wrong person, who requested he not place it on her desk. Although I tried to get his attention several times by saying hello loudly, he dropped the package on the floor and left abruptly. The incident occurred with Van 71, Drop 84, C-Round [redacted]. The driver accused me of treating him like an idiot, which was puzzling as all I did was greet him. I informed him that if he acted poorly, then he should expect to be treated accordingly. I kindly request that you avoid sending him for future deliveries. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
