i sell on ebay and one of my parcels has not been scanned at your depot , as far as the tracking details inform me , and the customer. *The parcel was picked up from my local shop ** days ago ********* and still has not reached the customer.*tracking number ***************.*I have contacted the customer through ebay and the customer is really not happy and does not want his money back , he as asked me to try and find out if i can get him his item.*please could some look into this for me and the ebay customer.*As a customer of hermes through ebay shuttle service with numerous parcels sent each month , i will look to find a alternative courier to deliver my parcels , if this matter is unresolved .*Looking forward to hearing from you*Mr Mark Payne.
