I am trying to speak to someone who can help me and sort this out ... my ** digit delivery number is *****************you have e-mailed me saying the parcel has been delivered - I have been within five feet of the front door all day AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED, the door bell is working and no-one has called *I have paid extra for next day delivery*I rang you and have raised a complaint re this chat line - I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE and not be messed about with your weak online customer service which told me basically they will review later whether this needs escalating

getting someone to call me and explain where the parcel is and tell me how they are going to get it to me TODAY
I expected next day delivery when I paid for it
I have rung Kaleidoscope who provided the parcel, I have rung HERMES which provided no avenue to speak to anyone hence I am struggling with this inadequate online customer service
