Where is my item ... I have a collection card from driver and he put his own Hermes labels on my items. That was * weeks ago. Each of the * packs of laminate flooring are wrapped separately in a layer of bubble wrap and taped using red & white ‘Fragile’ tape. Neither the buyer nor the seller have the item. It has been in the Hermes system since Mon *st April. *Collection ref * ************ on card is and underneath the *barcode there is another number which is ********
I have no tracking number so am unable to sort myself
I want my items
I’ve used Hermes for years but I’ll never book them again. Especially through Parcel*GO. Neither will take responsibility
Everything in my power but no response to calls emails and no help through live web chats
