I have been waiting on a parcel for a while now and it has still not been delivered. I checked the number again today, only to see that according to tracking the parcel had been delivered and signed for????? Prior to this phantom delivery tracking said that I had requested it to be returned. Then it was with processing, then it was 'returned' again as I requested. None of this is correct. I still have not received the parcel. The driver for this area has consistently not delivered our parcels. He even came to our address in the past and refused to hand over the parcel. He threw it back in the car and drove off with it and has refused to deliver here ever since. I now believe he has tampered with the system and just sends our items back regardless without even attempting delivery! The previous issues that we raised with the company regarding this have gone unresolved because it is still happening

I confronted our local Hermes courier and he admitted that he did deliberately send ALL our packages back because he did not like the way my husband spoke to him * months ago about him blocking our drive so that my husband could not get onto it. He must have been the one who signed for this last delivery, then just sent it back to the seller, but the tracking system from Hermes*Ebay said that I had received and signed for it!!!! Anyway....I threatened to involve the police and do him for committing fraud*falsifying my signature. I then updated the seller who will have a word with Heremes as he said the package was returned to him. I did email Heremes but they said that one of my neighbours must have my package and I was to ask them where it was. This was an automated response because it was sent * times when I asked them previously for proof of signature.......and I still have yet to receive it. They were not very helpful at all. How can they continue to do this and get away with it is beyond belief! Hopefully the seller will try to return to me the package that I supposedly have already!!!!!
