My parcel was due to be reattempted on Monday, but there was a delay (your end with no explanation) and wasn't reattempted until today and the recipient was not going to be in until after *. Tried to divert package and it would not let me. Cant do live chat. No telephone numbers take calls. I don't want parcel returned, but either redelivered tomorrow after * or left around back under garden furniture. I don't want it returned and have to pay again as the delay was at your end not my problem. No. ****************
