* sent a parcel to Italy to be delivered by **th as shown in tracking. The parcel was tracked as out for delivery. My daughter awaited the parcel's delivery. No one tried to deliver the parcel. No card was left! She was at home. I have sent several parcels to her with Hermes and the driver has always phoned her to tell her he was in his way! No phone call this time and I attempted delivery which is stated in the tracking. There is no further update on tracking as to when parcel will be delivered. If a delivery was attempted it was not at Via Boro *! My daughter was home waiting for the parcel. I have tried several times to have a live chat but no link found! I want to know what is happening!
