Hi **I arranged Hermes collection for ***** for two parcels I wished to return to the retailer. **I arranged collection for my Missguided parcel for *****- parcel ID ****************. **I also arranged the collection for ***** for my ASOS parcel - parcel ID ****************.**I have attached both confirmations. **On *****, when I went to leave both my parcels out for collection I realised that I had already returned my ASOS parcel (****************) via Royal Mail so I left only my Missguided parcel out for collection (****************) . When I arrived home, my parcel had been collected and a blank Hermes receipt had been posted through my door so I know that the collection had been successfully carried out. **I emailed Missguided ***** as I had not received my refund. They have advised me that they have not been able to track my parcel (****************) as the collection had been cancelled and they will not be able to refund me a total of £***.**. **I have never cancelled this collection and I know that the parcel was successfully collected as mentioned above a blank receipt was left through my door that day!**Please help me as I will be £***.** out of pocket if my parcel is not located. I am worried that the person who collected my parcel may have cancelled my missguided parcel in error instead of my ASOS parcel as I did not leave the ASOS parcel out as expected meaning my parcel may be untrackable. This will mean I lose £*** of my own money. I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received and will never be using Hermes again if I lose this money. **Many thanks,*Tenille
