Help with my Hermes.com issue

I received my parcel this morning after looking on tracking details when it didn't arrive yesterday, tracking stated the packaging was damaged so needed to be repackaged before being sent back out. When the items were opened, I discovered there were missing items from each package, a battery, a charger and a game cartridge. Looking at the packaging, it appears to of been torn open, both envelopes. When I enquired at the door I was told the parcels got wet and were open, however, I find it hard to believe getting a parcel wet can tear the bubble wrap lining on the inside of each envelope. I would like this matter looked into as I should not have to pay to potentially have items taken from each parcel. I would like Hermes to either recover what was taken, should that be the case, or refund the full cost of both items.
these are meant as gifts and to find the packaging as damaged as it was, and items missing, was extremely frustrating as it makes us feel we cant trust the service provided.
I either want parts recovered or full refund on both items. if it was deliberate tampering, I want the person responsible held accountable as the items wasn't theirs to touch and have no rights to open or touch other peoples things.
I've tried calling and all I get is an automated machine, there didn't seem to be an option to speak with anyone.
