My order details: sharon campbell ** new rd, anderton, Northwich CW* *AE*Tracking No. ****************.*My order was from Ideal World and it was a mattress.*I received an email on Saturday **.*.** from Hermes to say my parcel had been delivered to me and was signed for by the customer at **:**.**No Hermes driver came to my house, I have not received my parcel and I did not sign for any parcel. When I have checked on your website on the tracking record, there is a screenshot of the customers signature (mine) but this is not my signature and it appears to be signed for by someone with the initials JM or TM.*I am astounded and appalled that my parcel has (or hasn't) been delivered to the wrong address when you clearly have the correct address details. How do you explain this? We have lost all faith and confidence in your service. To say I have signed for something when I haven't is unbelievable. *What will you do about this complaint? What actions will you be taking?
