Amazon arranged for you to pick up*A parcel for a return to their seller on Tuesday **th November. This was because my husband is free on a Tuesday. He waited in from *.**am. It hadn’t arrived by *.**pm so I contacted Hermes live chat. I was assured by the operator that it would be picked up by **.** and not to worry. It wasn’t!*However, Hermes attempted to pick it up yesterday (Wednesday **th) and left a card saying that they will attempt another pick up today. So......unless it’s after **.**, your driver will have yet another wasted trip! It would have been nice if Hermes had contacted me with an apology for not turning up on the assigned day! Heard nothing from you. Very unimpressed with your customer service. Please take note that any pick up has to be after **.** or on a Saturday or Tuesday.
