The issue in GetHuman-harrihas's own words
I sent to items big items which I where both worth over £*** each and I did insure them when sending them with you, I sent both together and one got derlivery two days later, when both should have and was showing on the app that they where also both out for derlivery that day. Except one of my boxes went missing and didn't go straight to the lady, in fact it took over a week to get there, had been damaged and was in a different packaging to which I sent it in. And it had items missing. The lady has paid me some of the money but refusing to send the rest due to loosing to day's work waiting in for these parcel that should have come on the same day. Which I do understand but I am trying to set up a business and losing nearly £*** due to you guys loose a parcel I send I just can't deal with. But this is the only parcel I had a deal with and as you can see I have sent a few in the passed.
GetHuman-harrihas did not yet indicate what Hermes.com should do to make this right.
