Apparently my delivery was posted through my letterbox yesterday which it was not I was in the whole day. I complained last night on a live chat with one of your colleagues who said he would speak to the driver and have him deliver my parcel before the end of the night. I ordered two dresses and paid next day delivery for a reason as I have a wedding. It’s ruined now! No dresses came last night and I am now on day two. I am absolutely furious and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Hermes and the drivers... what are you going to do about this?
