The issue in GetHuman-larnruth's own words
I just talked with someone regarding no delivery of this product ordered August *, Order ********. They insisted the USPS delivered this to our front porch Monday, August **. No, nothing has been delivered to our front porch and we are home always. He insisted it had been delivered over and over again. Only when I told him I was going to contact our credit card company and have these charges removed from our account did he offer to contact the USPS and try and find out where this order is. It definitely was not delivered to our front porch. If I do not hear back within a couple of days, I will contact my credit card company and have them reverse the charges.

GetHuman-larnruth did not yet indicate what Herbspro.com should do to make this right.
