Hello, I signed up for Heartland America without my consent and am having trouble unsubscribing using Safari as the server won't connect. I want to stop receiving emails from Heartland America as I have never used their website. Can someone please help me unsubscribe from this website? Thank you for your understanding. I need assistance canceling two unauthorized charges on my credit card totaling $47.48 and $44.98. I was billed for merchandise I did not order. My name is Amadito O. Zulueta from New Jersey. It's the second instance of unauthorized charges, and I was unable to notify you earlier as I was out of the country. Kindly cancel these transactions on my Bank of America credit card promptly. In June-July [redacted], I bought a 10-inch TG-TEK Tablet for $99.00 from your company. Unfortunately, the unit had issues, and I reached out to Talent Grant Tech, Inc (TG-TEK), where the payment was made to Heartland. I have been in contact with Kevin at their office who assured me they would fix or return the tablet. Despite numerous calls and emails, there have only been broken promises. Recently, I was told the tablet is out of stock. This is the first time I've encountered an issue with purchases from Heartland. Please advise on the situation. Thank you.

I purchased a Victrola radio unit model VTA-750B (PC) and it has been disappointing due to its poor quality. I need a prepaid shipping label to return it. Although I was aware it was past the 30-day return window, a call from the company prompted me to express my dissatisfaction with the product. The speakers produce a tinny sound and the overall performance did not meet my expectations. After reaching out, the customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive. If they hadn't contacted me, I may not have pursued the return due to health issues that limited my ability to address this within the initial timeframe. It is frustrating to be encouraged to return the product only to be made to feel like a problem by the company. This experience is unfortunately common with online retailers that sell subpar merchandise.

Regarding order #[redacted]5 for Customer #[redacted] Michael Fountain: I recently received my order, but unfortunately, the Micro SD card that should have been included was missing from the box. I reached out to customer service via email on August 4th but have not received a response yet. The bird feeder with a camera that I purchased apparently requires a Micro SD card, but none was provided, and it wasn't clearly indicated on the website that it needed to be purchased separately. Upon checking the catalog, it stated that the CD card was not included, which added to the confusion. I am seeking clarification on whether the product should indeed come with the Micro SD card. If not, please guide me on how to obtain it or how to proceed with returning the product. I appreciate your assistance as I like the product but find the current situation inconvenient. Thank you.

On April 10th, I placed an order for the Simoniz Air Compressor and a 2-pack liquid transfer pump, along with renewing my membership for $29.99. The total given to me by the representative was $85.62, but when I received the invoice, it showed a total of $[redacted].78. I was surprised to find out that I inadvertently ordered a second $10 coupon membership for an additional $29.99. Furthermore, the liquid transfer pumps should have been $26.99 instead of $29.99 due to our existing membership not expiring yet. This discrepancy amounts to $32.16. I have tried contacting your service department multiple times, enduring long hold times, only to be disconnected. Even when I reached out to the ordering department, I was transferred to the service department, and the call was abruptly ended. Kindly refund the $32.16 to my credit card promptly.

I enjoy shopping at your store and often recommend it to my friends. However, I've noticed that you frequently send promotions for items that are out of stock. One particular item, a coat that was advertised as a special, has been sold out for months yet continues to be promoted. I shared my positive experience with friends out of state, but they were disappointed to find the items they wanted were also unavailable. It's challenging to recommend your store when promoted specials are consistently unavailable for purchase. Despite this frustration, I still like your store. I just wanted to share my feedback regarding the issue with the out-of-stock specials, especially the coat that caught my eye.

I need to return the recently purchased item, a pair of light shoes (order number [redacted]0, item # 20822AQ), because I mistakenly ordered size twelve instead of size eight. I plan to return this pair and reorder the correct size. We are happy with the shoes as we successfully ordered a pair last month, which was shipped to the same address. I am unsure how to proceed with the return without the return form and would like the refund to be credited back to my credit card before I place a new order for the correct size. On 4/17/23, I ordered a nozzle for outside use. When told the amount would be $47.00, I informed the representative I couldn't pay that much and requested the order to be canceled. Despite canceling the order on the same day, I received an email on 4/18/23 confirming the order was placed. I called, spoke to Sally, and she assured me she would cancel the order. To my surprise, on 4/21/23, I received five emails saying the order had been shipped. I called immediately and spoke to Theresa. She advised me to refuse the package. When I called back to escalate the issue on Monday, I spoke with Frank at 11 AM who claimed to be a supervisor but was very rude and unhelpful. He suggested writing a letter to the CEO. I believe this situation is fraudulent as the order was canceled, yet the product was shipped, and I am being charged against my wishes. I have received further emails about paying for shipping for an order that should have been canceled on 4/17/23. This has been a frustrating experience, and I am considering reporting this to the authorities. #[redacted]. Bogus
