I'm in Canada and have been purchasing Men's Health magazine for more than ** years, always in Cdn $, pd on line and then by credit card since ****, renewed each year. *Then, * years ago, I was offered to have it renew automatically, on my CC, (save me having to worry about the renewal), and cut down on paper invoices, which seemed like a good plan, so I agreed.*A week or so ago, my husband opened his magazine and shows me a Savings Voucher on subscriptions...* yrs at $**.** Cdn$...these I usually ignore, because our scrip renews automatically, and thought I was getting a good deal. However, today, I get my credit card bill (Oct **th) and the subscription has renewed, Oct *th, but I also notice it's in US$, adding exchange brings it up to $**.** Cdn. , for * year. I'm not happy!! I've gone through all my cc statements, and ****, was the same...US$ * exchange $**.***Every year prior is Cdn$ *First of all, I want to be billed in CDN$ only! And I want to be reimbursed for the past two years that I've been billed in US$ and had to pay exchange. If they are not willing to do this, then I will cancel my subscription.
