We purchased a Subscription of Jamie's magazine for our daughter-in-law. When it was ceased we received a cheque in UK pounds for * pounds **, but was told by our bank that it would cost us more to deposit than it was worth. So, we and our daughter-in-law lise, while your company gets to pocket our refund. This is very poor and I wonder how much you make with consumers giving up.*We want this rectified so we are not out-of-pocket at all.*You should act in good faith to ensure this*The cheque was made out to Mr Gary Garner Unit **, ** Kulin Drive Tarneit. Victoria Australia ****.*I expect a reply and a solution
