Subject: Delivery Issue with Houston Chronicle I have been a loyal subscriber to the Houston Chronicle for many years, but unfortunately, I have not received my paper for the past 19 delivery days. Despite multiple complaints to the local customer service, speaking with four supervisors, and being promised a resolution, the issue persists. I was informed that my complaint has been escalated above the District Manager, but the problem remains unresolved. My subscription is linked to phone number [redacted], located at [redacted] Institute Lane #33, Houston, TX [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] I am reaching out to express my frustration with the Houston Chronicle's customer service department and its inability to address this ongoing delivery problem. I have set a deadline of June 30, [redacted], for the issue to be resolved; otherwise, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription and share my experience on the newspaper's Facebook page.

I am experiencing an issue with multiple subscriptions that were mistakenly signed up for without my consent. I previously canceled my Veranda subscription due to a similar situation. It seems there may have been confusion when trying to renew my Town and Country subscription. I have been a dedicated reader of Town and Country since the 1960s and have been trying to provide my daughter with a subscription since [redacted]. I have been unable to find a contact phone number for the magazine service online. I typically renew my subscriptions by mailing a check. My husband has attempted to cancel all the subscriptions on my behalf as we have been unsuccessful in reaching out to customer service.

I have a subscription to Oprah Magazine but did not receive the November or December [redacted] issues, despite renewing before the year's end. Furthermore, I have not received the January, February, March, or possibly the April [redacted] issues. After calling a month ago and being informed that my account was suspended, with no explanation given, I was told it would be extended by 4 issues. However, no magazines have arrived since. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate and address this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, A.J. Email: [redacted]

I used to work as the night shift mailroom packaging manager. Recently, the production manager hired someone from New Hampshire, and shortly after, I was terminated for allegedly falsifying time punches. I always carried my time card in my wallet and only punched in and out when I was at work. I feel like they hired the new person to replace me and wrongly accused me of manipulating time records.
