I need help fixing a complaint on Healthgrades. Initially, I wanted my feedback to be anonymous, but the doctor discovered it was me. The doctor apologized, explained that a staff member was terminated for not relaying messages, and is now personally attentive to my care. The complaint is about Dr. Aslam. I received a confirmation message to my previous phone number, but I don't remember the email used for anonymity. I indicated to my therapist that my review included my full name, both first and last. I specifically requested to have my last name removed as I was unaware that my full name would be disclosed in the review. Unfortunately, my therapist contacted me and requested that I leave a review on Healthgrades as she only had a few reviews. Knowing now that my full name was visible, I would not have left the review. This situation is concerning as we reside in a tight-knit community which directly impacts my family, including my husband who is a Marine.

I've been attempting to alter my doctor's rating after a negative review caused by a misunderstanding with the office. I value my doctor greatly and wish to continue seeing her. I've sent at least four emails regarding this matter and recently left a voicemail. I'm worried that if this issue isn't resolved, I may lose her as my provider, and she's currently assisting me with multiple health concerns. I would like to retract a recommendation note I previously submitted for a dentist. It was posted, and I now regret writing it. Despite emailing twice about this issue, the note remains online. The note is regarding Dr. Russel Sykles, a dentist in Mount Prospect, IL. I still visit this provider and wish to have the note removed from the website. Thank you. - P. Brucker Original note: He is friendly, but unfortunately, he often needs to make corrections. I've had to return multiple times for him to rectify his initial work. Recently, a tooth he has worked on four times now has the resin falling out just two days after the latest repair. I feel it's important for other patients to be cautious.

As a mental health care professional, I am dealing with a disgruntled former patient from a while back engaging in slander, harassment, and stalking. This individual is leaving negative reviews and ratings online, despite having had unpaid bills and only being briefly under my care two years ago. The situation has escalated to late-night phone calls and concerning texts, prompting involvement from multiple authorities. I'm feeling unfairly targeted as this behavior continues, impacting my professional reputation.

I kindly request the removal of a false negative comment on my profile. The statement alleges that I am only focused on status-seeking and social climbing because I wear a lab coat and stethoscope as a social worker at the VA hospital in West Palm Beach, Fl. As an LCSW in a medical setting, the attire is required. There are other VA social workers who also wear lab coats in different departments. The stethoscope is not for clinical use as it is not within my scope of practice. My main goal is to assist Veterans and their families, not for status or recognition. Please eliminate this untrue accusation from my profile.

I am Laura J. Seed, M.D. I request the removal of old reviews from when I practiced in Maryland as they are no longer relevant. The accusation of not checking a patient's thyroid level leading to depression is unfounded, as depression has multiple causes beyond thyroid issues. I have not practiced in Maryland since [redacted]; I have had a private practice in San Diego since February [redacted]. The allegation of screaming at patients is untrue, and my specialty is treating addiction. One problematic review involves a former patient who engaged in illegal activities, including stealing prescriptions. I did not report him initially. Another troubling review involves a break-in at my office. I deal with challenging cases daily in psychiatry. Mental health issues are prevalent in the USA, and not all patients leave positive reviews. I kindly request the removal of these inaccurate reviews that do not reflect my professional conduct.

I will be seeking guidance from the Attorney General's office regarding this matter. The provider in question, Debra Truskinoff, exhibited abusive behavior over two years ago, and regardless of their response, it is important for potential clients to be aware of the misconduct. Negative reviews serve as a warning to others and help them make informed decisions. Maintaining confidentiality regarding my location is crucial, and any disclosure of such details is deeply concerning. I am Dr. Pramit B., and I would like to address two reviews of mine that have caused me concern. Firstly, a review from January 18, [redacted], was meant for a different Indian physician with a similar last name who practiced nearby, as I had not been practicing in Ashland for nearly two years at that time. Secondly, the review from February of [redacted] contains inaccurate information, and I have attempted to respond to it multiple times, but my account has not been published. Despite receiving thank you cards and hugs from the patient's husband and other daughter, another daughter who had not been present during her mother's three-week stay complained about the nurses and hospital in a review. I had difficulty performing a spinal tap due to the patient's condition and planned to do it at a later time when she was able to walk. I believe this review is unfair and damaging to my reputation. I hope that the website will address this issue promptly.
