Help with my Hasbro issue

Hasbro's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-natedavi a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-natedavi's own words
As a product supporter of Wizards of the Coast since Revised Magic the Gathering, I felt compelled to write. Further, I had no desire to create an account on the WotC site as I will never use it. Thus, if viewed at all, this missive will be of little concern to the reader no doubt. Just the same I am writing to inform Hasbro that it is unlikely I will ever again support their products. This clearly includes the WotC products. Furthermore, I will make active attempts to inform peers and parents to approach Hasbro & WotC products with caution.**The reason for my departure is the punitive behavior by WotC. Jeremy Hambly has been banned from MtG for life. He is clearly a virtuous person. Even a cursory reading of the articles related to Mr. Hambly and the discussions therein demonstrate the ostensible truth of his intellectual integrity. While conversely, WotC has always had a dubious relationship to morals and ethics at best. This is best typified by the printing of MtG chase cards or mythic cards to intentionally maintain a secondary market. The discriminatory action of a ban is clearly an overextension by WotC tantamount to discriminating against **** with regards to decorating wedding cakes. While by extension the details regarding Colorado State Court and Mr. Phillips' personal bigotry are different, the essential elements are the same. That is economic discrimination based on ideology is self-punishment in a financial sense with regards to the business owner. Unfortunately, Mr. Hambly has none to represent him and knows that WotC is well within their rights.**The second reason is the association of MtG Online with child predators. There should be no MtG Online as long as this problem exists. Any compromise is simply a justification for greed in my mind.**While my opinions are not testable per se, they are shared by many of the mature players in the MtG community that exist outside the apparent WotC demography. This group is growing larger all the time for the present and that should be considered at length with regards to the profitability of WotC and parent Hasbro. Gaming is a competitive market. I am applying my right to avoid Hasbro on the basis described above and hope that Hasbro recognizes that it is making bad business decisions as everybody's money is green.
