About a year and a half ago I purchased a JBL pulse Bluetooth speaker through T-Mobile before the warranty was up at suffered a minor breakdown and I had to get it replaced however at that time you guys do not have anything to replace it mess so I got an Onyx Mini that was sent to me on July * of **** after calling and talking to your operator Michael who gave me a number of ***-**** they tell me that they are not replacing this unit under the warranty as it has the same problem as the first post to that I’ve got this is the third unit that I purchased through Harman Cardin JBL via T-Mobile and I am not happy with any of your products they’ve all got the same problem with the charging case Not asking for my money back only asking for a replacement speaker or the speaker be repaired however Michael your operator told me that nothing that he can do that this is not covered under warranty when your warranty online specifically states a new equipment it’s a one year manufacturers warranty replacement please let me know how you can help my phone number is ***-***-**** my name is Eric thank youHave a commercial account with T-Mobile I bought many units from JBL and or Harman Cardin all had the same issue with the charging cable I’m not happy I’ve said that over **** dollars not asking for anything free or special all I want is the unit fixed and I don’t understand why your operators told me there’s nothing they can do to help me
