I was overcharged. My purchase was $*.**. I was charged $**.**. I'm the only person using my card. I was at my job at **:** pm on March **nd. when it said the charge was made. I relayed all of this information to the mngr. I called the location in Alabaster, AL. **** Hwy ***. ***.***.**** The mngr said, "uh, I don't know what you want me to do about it". I said if she isn't willing or capable of doing anything about it, give me the corporate number. She said, "um, I don't know that number". I asked her if she could go look in the office for it. She says nothing, pauses...hangs up. Sooo, needless to say I went through chain of command, I tried to be nice. If corporate refunds me, great. If not, my bank will, & Hardee's can deal with them. And just like McDonald's for more than *yrs, I'm done with Hardee's now too.
