I tried reaching customer care at [redacted] three times, but I got disconnected each time. The call center had my number but did not follow up. I am frustrated with the service at store [redacted] in Lilburn, Georgia. During the summer, there was no AC and the crew had to use portable fans. The AC was fixed in the fall but now, with temperatures at 22-29 degrees, there is no heat. We have to wear hats and coats to have breakfast. The exterior doors have broken closures and are difficult to open. One of the soft drink dispensers has been broken for four months. Despite being regular customers, my group is considering going to McDonald's or Burger King due to the cold environment and broken equipment at the store.

On November 15th, my family and I visited the Hardee’s drive-thru in Norton, VA, on Wharton Lane. We used coupons to purchase 2 Frisco 1/3 Thick Burgers (NO MAYO) and 2 Big Chicken Fillets (NO MAYO), which should have cost around $5 each. When we got home to Pound, VA, we discovered that all the sandwiches had mayo on them, which we cannot eat. I spoke to the manager, Francheska, the next day to ask for a replacement, but she mentioned food waste concerns and could not help without the receipt, which was over 20 miles away. I was informed that the general manager, Sherry, instructed no refunds or replacements without the receipt. Despite my request, they insisted on not replacing the food due to potential waste issues. I would prefer the food remade correctly or a refund if necessary. The order was 2 Big Chicken Fillet sandwiches with bacon and onion (NO MAYO) and 2 1/3 pound Frisco burgers (NO MAYO) with lettuce and pickle, all as combos with onion rings instead of fries.

The restaurant at [redacted] Long Branch Rd, Dunn, NC [redacted] consistently closes its drive-thru service daily, causing frustration for my handicapped uncle who relies on this convenient option. This repeat occurrence has become a significant problem, as he cannot enter the store on his own. I believe this issue deserves attention as it has escalated to a point where I feel compelled to voice my concerns despite not typically filing complaints. I hope that by bringing awareness to this ongoing problem, there can be a resolution to ensure better accessibility for all customers. Thank you for addressing this matter.

My husband and I visited the Hardee's in Statesboro, Georgia this morning for breakfast. I ordered the #3 meal and my husband ordered the #6, both with drinks. Unfortunately, they were out of sweet tea, and when I requested coffee, they were also out. I had to settle for water despite paying for a drink. This experience has made me reconsider whether I will visit another Hardee's in the future, as I have always enjoyed their food before.

This morning I tried to have a sit-down breakfast but experienced a delay in being waited on. The manager prioritized the drive-through customers, which led to a frustrating exchange when I addressed the issue. The manager was disrespectful, used inappropriate language, and asked me to leave the store. When I requested her superior's information, she was uncooperative. Hello, this is Crystal. I want to share my recent experience at Hardee’s in Chesapeake. On 01/06/[redacted], I visited around 1pm to get milkshakes for my children. After waiting for an extended period, my order was brought out to me. Unfortunately, the milkshakes were watery, the cheeseburger was cold, and the chicken sandwich was soggy. The manager seemed aware of the situation but did not offer any help. I felt disappointed and spent 45 minutes at the restaurant, wishing I had asked for a refund. I used to work at a Hardee's in Scottsburg, Indiana, but I was unjustly fired by the general manager. She accused me of selling drugs without any proof, despite my willingness to be searched. I suspect another manager named Sarah, who I witnessed selling methamphetamines to someone at the drive-thru, is actually involved. I've been drug-free for three years and am willing to take a drug test to prove it. Being let go based on hearsay has put me in a difficult situation as I have kids to feed. I plan to escalate this issue to human resources, corporate, and possibly the news station to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else unfairly. The general manager had no valid reason to terminate me, especially after my dedication to the job. Rest assured, I will not rest until this is addressed.

I wish to raise a concern regarding the General Manager of the Rockingham, NC store. As an employee, I am required to close the restaurant at 10:30 pm only to return at 4:30 am for opening duties. This schedule puts a strain on my back issues, for which I am on medication, a condition the GM is aware of but disregards. Additionally, I am assigned tasks beyond my position, such as kitchen leadership and maintenance, while being paid only $7.25, whereas newer hires receive higher pay. This situation is unjust and an abuse of authority.

I visited Hardee's on Campostella Rd, close to Indian River Rd in Chesapeake, Virginia, this morning before taking my kids to school. Unfortunately, I went through the drive-thru at 9:06 a.m., and despite my kids' school starting at 9:45 a.m., we ended up being late and missing breakfast as I left the establishment at 10:02 a.m. This isn't the first time I've experienced slow service here; it usually takes 10-15 minutes at the yellow line and once it took 23 minutes. Today was the worst experience, serving about 6 vehicles before I left at 10:02 a.m., not even bothering to go in and request my $16 refund. I am truly disappointed with the service.

As an assistant manager at Hardees Store #3 in Laurel, MS, I returned to work on 2/27/20. Unfortunately, the General Manager, Vern Ducksworth, has been displaying a consistently nasty attitude towards me since my return. I have reported her behavior to my district manager multiple times. Today, she crossed a line by being loud and confrontational, creating a hostile work environment for both employees and customers. I have tried to avoid her, but her behavior is affecting business. She even made inappropriate remarks to me during interactions. This aggressive and disrespectful behavior towards employees is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I recently visited the Grinnell location and noticed a sign advertising certain sandwiches being 2 for $5. When I inquired at the drive-thru about purchasing a sandwich for $2.50, I was informed they are only available as 2 for $5. I'd appreciate knowing which sandwiches are included in this offer. Also, on the survey form, my location was mistakenly listed as Hopkinton, IA, but I actually live in Grinnell, IA, and my name is Lisa, not Nicole. My husband and I visited store #[redacted] at 11:07 am on 4/7. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect. I had ordered the Big Chezburger without mayo, stressing it twice, and also requested no onions. The order taker assured me there was no mayo on the Big Chez. However, upon receiving our food at home, my Big Chez had an excessive amount of mayo, lacked ketchup, and had poorly sliced tomatoes. Meanwhile, my husband's Famous Star was not as described on the menu; it was a small cheeseburger without onions and only one pickle. We didn't realize the mistakes until after driving the 17 miles back home. Disappointingly, we did not inspect the order before leaving the store. The location of this incident was in Waupaca, WI [redacted]. I chose not to contact them regarding this matter.

Yesterday, I sent a detailed message to your team about an ongoing issue regarding pricing. Today and yesterday, I ordered my usual breakfast of a sausage and double cheese on a bun and a small diet coke. However, I noticed a significant price change. Yesterday, the total came to $6.59, while today it was $5.17. When I inquired about this at the drive-thru, the attendant simply replied that she didn't know and didn't attempt to clarify the situation. This isn't the first time I've had problems with her. Last week, when I received the wrong breakfast, instead of addressing the issue, she just said, "I DON'T KNOW." Despite reaching out to Hardees multiple times about these recurring problems, nothing seems to change. As a loyal customer who visits Hardees six days a week due to my demanding work schedule, I believe my concerns about pricing, food quality, and customer service are being overlooked. If these issues persist, I will continue to provide daily feedback until they are resolved.

This morning, I arrived at Hardee’s around 6:15 at the location off of [redacted] South in Frankfort, KY. I waited for about 3 to 4 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite it being past their usual opening time of 5:30 am. As a regular customer who frequents the place 3 to 4 times a week, I usually order the bacon egg & cheese sliders or biscuits with crispy bacon. Unfortunately, I only get crispy bacon about 30% of the time. I work as a delivery driver for a big home improvement corporation, so I empathize with their challenges, but the consistent service issues at this particular location are becoming frustrating for me.

I recently ordered two sausage biscuits from location [redacted] Buford Drive in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Unfortunately, my order was 2 short. After traveling 10 miles back to the store, the manager showed no consideration when I asked for a single cinnamon biscuit to make up for the mistake. Feeling frustrated, I expressed my disbelief, and as I started to leave, the manager came out and threatened me in front of other customers. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I believe this person should be terminated, and I request compensation for my travel, the inconvenience caused, and the distress of being threatened as a customer. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I leave it to you to decide the appropriate compensation.

This morning, I visited the Hardee's store in Forest City (#[redacted]). At the drive-thru, we ordered the breakfast bundle "B," which consists of 4 bacon, egg & cheese biscuits with 4 orders of hash rounds for $9.00. However, when we reached the window after waiting in line, we were informed that our order included 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits instead of 4 regular biscuits. Despite our explanation of the order, the staff insisted we were mistaken and refused to correct the mistake. Frustrated, we had to park, go inside, and point out our order on the menu. It was unnecessary hassle as a simple swap of the raisin biscuits for hash rounds would have sufficed. I obtained the names of the staff involved and am disappointed with the service received from JAMES (supposedly in charge on 8/11/20) and WILL (taking orders at the drive-thru). Unless this issue is addressed satisfactorily, I will take my business elsewhere. My name is Katherine Smith.

I visited the Hardee's in Martinsville, Indiana last Sunday morning. Normally, we frequent this location on Saturdays and Sundays since it's nearby. I found out they stopped serving cinnamon raisin biscuits, so I opted for a cinnamon roll instead. Priced at $2.50, I believe it's too expensive; I can easily purchase similar rolls at a grocery store. The cinnamon raisin biscuits were the main reason I visited Hardee's. Currently, I'm at the Hardee's in Indianapolis at I37 and I465, where thankfully they still serve the cinnamon raisin biscuits. Replacing them with cinnamon rolls may not be a good decision for Hardee's. It might lead to losing customers and potentially harming their business.

I contacted Hardee's in Princeton, Kentucky to place an order, but was put on hold for 25 minutes during breakfast hours. When I called back, the phone was still off the hook, causing frustration as my partner was on the way to pick up the food. This has been a recurring issue as I spend an average of $50 weekly on breakfast at Hardee's. The prolonged wait times and phone being left off the hook are unacceptable. If this problem persists, I plan to take my monthly $[redacted] to $[redacted] breakfast budget to Dairy Queen instead, which is equally convenient for me. Disappointed customer, Cheryl B.

I would like to address some concerns regarding the location at [redacted] Tiny Town Rd in Clarksville, TN. The cleanliness of the tables and floors needs improvement. Additionally, customers often have to knock on locked doors to gain entry, leading to a feeling of obligation to help others enter as well. The bathrooms are also not up to standard. When it comes to the food, the absence of sausage gravy is a notable issue. The current practice of breaking up a patty and adding it on top as a substitute does not provide the same flavor as sausage-infused gravy. As a loyal customer, I feel compelled to share my observations in the hopes of seeing positive changes. While attempts to hint at these issues have been fruitless, I believe that managerial changes or additional support may be necessary to address these concerns promptly. It is my belief that focusing on customer service excellence is crucial for the success of any business. Amanda, the store manager, may benefit from additional support or training to enhance the overall customer experience. I urge the management to prioritize customer satisfaction and work towards resolving these recurring issues promptly.

I used to work at Hardee's in Sanford 46 Sr and I need to discuss an issue with a manager who threatened me to quit twice and then terminated my employment. I have evidence that she instructed me to resign and left me to run the store without a manager. I struggled as I have never managed the store alone in the year I've worked there. On top of that, I had to train a new employee named Alexandria, who accused me of being late for an hour. I didn't receive the schedule on time via the app where it's usually posted. The schedule has always been physically displayed on the wall for everyone to check, but this time it wasn't.
