I have today received via Royal Mail, a plastic packet with nothing in it and the packet is completely unsealed and open at one end. I placed my order, number ********** for * pairs of socks on **th October and paid £**.**. I would like to be able to speak to someone or receive an immediate confirmation that my order will be fulfilled or my money refunded.*In addition to the complaint that I have not received my goods I wish to complain as to the inability to contact Happy Socks by phone and also as to the advice of it's virtual assistant that I will have to wait at least * days for an email.
