The app accidentally signed me up for two active plans for cleanings. Then charge me twice and $** fee, and a $**. Needless to say, I only need one plan. And I need the $** plan it removed. My name is Arienne Bermosk, my phone number is ***-***-****. Can you please reverse the charges on the second active plan for $**. If I do it on your app, it wants to charge me a $** cancellation fee. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you, Arienne
