We weren’t supposed to be scheduled due to the fact that we were traveling - the last time I looked at this app, the next cleaning was scheduled for ****** - so WHY was it changed without my knowledge to ******??? I would NEVER have scheduled this because a) its New Year’s day and who does that, and b) we were NOT going to be back in town until ******. **So now I have to investigate whether my card is charged for a cleaning I did not request, and I didn’t want to leave a rating for this young man but your app won’t allow me to do anything else until I’ve left that page. **Now WHY can’t I get a direct line of communication with a Handy.com admin??? This is frustrating and I can’t see continuing a service under these circumstances.
