I am writing today to comment on the latest subversion brought down on Pros by Handy.com. *I have to say their new policy of charging Pros when a customer gets a full refund is One way to POSSIBLY raise the level of service... OR .... HANDY.COM could take the time to Actually Qualify Pros BEFORE approving them and sending them off into the world. I have heard The Most rediculous stories of unprepared pros showing up and doing the best they could.... and they get paid the same rate as someone, like me, that does know what they're doing AND show up with proper supplies, skills and etiquette. I am personally insulted to be paid the same as an unqualified individual. Handy.com should qualify their candidates with more of a test of their cleaning and people skills.
