I am still looking for a resolution to my problem. I was signed up by their customer service team for a Handy plan for cleaners every two weeks. My original sign up was for a one time move in cleaning, I was not looking to be placed on a plan but my cleaning was awful so to repay me they gave me credits and signed me up for a plan. Now I want to cancel this because I did not agree to it nor sign up for it but I refuse to pay a cancellation fee. Please help.
