Hello we are staying in Rohnert Park at the Hampton Inn. Well last night I pulled down the extra blanket and a needle dropped on my head. I called the front desk and he was so nice came up and picked up immediately. He said it wasn’t used and took it away. We were so tired I really didn’t complain much but my husband is so upset. We are staying in the room with our * children and what if my littlest had found it first. I don’t know what to say because the nice guy at the front was so polite. But we paid good money to have a nice clean room and finding a needle is not a clean room. The more I think about what if it wasn’t a clean needle and my * year stuck himself. I am Just so disappointed. We stay at the Hampton whenever and wherever we travel because if the great staff and cleanliness so that’s why I am so upset and sending this email because It’s Christmas and my mother just passed away on Wednesday and we need to be here close to family or we would be leaving. I don’t want the staff in trouble because the men at the front desk were so polite but it’s a needle.
