Dear Sir or Madam, In May [redacted], I purchased two fixtures mentioned in the email for a house renovation project. However, early in March [redacted], we discovered mold in the house, leading to a full abatement while I stayed at my parents' home next door. During this time, I also supported my parents; my father was hospitalized in April [redacted] and unfortunately passed away due to COPD on May 29, [redacted]. Amidst these events, I underwent a stent placement behind my left ear which had complications, prolonging my hospital stay. After three months, the house was finally cleared, and I moved back in June [redacted]. My brother, a roofing contractor, oversaw the project as the general contractor, as our homeowner's insurance offered no assistance. Now, in the house since June [redacted], we are experiencing issues with one of the LED fixtures, causing flickering like a strobe light effect. We have previously bought Hampton Bay fixtures with regular bulbs and been pleased with them. I kindly request someone from your office to contact me at the provided number for further discussion. Thank you, and I await your response eagerly. Regards, Craig W. [redacted]

I purchased a Briella light from Home Depot meant to be an 11-foot lighting fixture, but it does not light up and was damaged at the bottom. Home Depot does not have a replacement in stock. I have checked the batteries and everything else, but it still does not work. I am frustrated as I paid a significant amount for this item. After assembling it and finding it faulty, I returned it to Home Depot, but they were unable to assist. I have reassembled it at home to no avail. Home Depot suggested I contact you directly. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I own an UPLIGHT ACCENT LAMP that typically turns off when you touch the base. Lately, it's been staying on constantly, turning back on seconds after I turn it off. The lamp requires a 60-watt bulb. When I tried using a three-way bulb, the lamp gets brighter each time I touch it three times. However, when I use just a 60-watt bulb, it remains at one brightness level and doesn't dim. I'm puzzled why I can't utilize the bulb that offers varying brightness levels. I really like these lamps – I've bought three from Home Depot. It's frustrating when they don't function as expected. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a second Hampton Bay Massillon 10' x 12' Double Roof Gazebo from Home Depot after being pleased with the one I purchased for my son. I bought it on 11/3/[redacted] and only set it up in April [redacted]. As I was dismantling it for winter this weekend, I noticed numerous rips in the canopy and that one of the metal posts was damaged where the screws attach. I have photos and the receipt. I am requesting a replacement canopy and metal post as the canopy was properly secured on all sides.

I recently purchased two HB Holly Springs ceiling fans for our study. Unfortunately, one of the lamp shades broke during installation. I reached out to Home Depot, but they informed me that the replacement shade is currently out of stock. They suggested buying a whole new ceiling fan to get the needed lamp shade, which doesn't seem practical. Do you have any way to help me acquire a white Holly Springs replacement lamp shade or know where I might find one? Thank you for your assistance.

When I switched on the Raleigh [redacted] Model #[redacted]-[redacted] fan, there was a sudden loud noise and a flash that tripped the circuit breaker. Upon inspection, I found that the leads to the ceramic bulb base were burnt and shrunken, causing a short circuit. This short circuit also damaged the remote control module, which now needs replacing. I recommend using teflon jacket leads for future models to prevent this issue from occurring again. I would like to hear your thoughts on how to address this inconvenience and the additional expenses incurred.

Hello, I want to report a serious incident involving a Hampton Bay table and chairs purchased by my husband. We believed we were getting a reliable brand. The chair he was sitting on suddenly broke, causing him to fall and hit his head. He is still recovering as he is on blood thinners, and we are concerned about potential issues from the fall. The metal pipe holding the chair together snapped in half. This is alarming, especially considering his weight is only [redacted] pounds. I will be sending you a doctor's bill and more details. Please contact me for further information. Thank you, Judith Aiken-Diederich.

I purchased a brushed nickel LED Oval flush mount light with a 3-year warranty from Home Depot in the fall of [redacted]. Even though I don't have the receipt or the box, the light was professionally installed. It seems like the driver might be faulty, and ordering a replacement is challenging since Home Depot doesn't carry them. I've searched several websites for a replacement driver but haven't found a clear price. Could you please let me know how much a replacement driver would cost? The Home Depot salesperson assured me these lights were top-notch and long-lasting, but I've been disappointed with the quality. Despite this, I do appreciate the light itself. I would appreciate your response whenever it's convenient. Thank you, Renae A.

I recently purchased a table top patio heater from Home Depot just before Christmas. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing difficulties keeping it lit for more than 10 minutes, despite trying various solutions. I have researched online and ruled out common issues such as temperatures below 40 degrees and propane leaks. I have tested the heater above 40 degrees without success. Although I have not been able to contact your customer service due to work commitments, I am reaching out for any advice on what else could be causing the problem. The heater was mostly assembled when purchased, so I am unsure about the internal components, except that there are no leaks detected.

We purchased a patio umbrella (model number: 9[redacted]1) to replace our broken one. However, the new umbrella that arrived did not come with a storage bag or any accompanying information such as warranty details, care instructions, or set-up guidelines. We bought it using a THD Credit Card. Is it possible to receive a replacement storage bag, even if it doesn't match the umbrella's color? We simply desire to have the missing bag returned in exchange for the credit we used to purchase the item.

Hello, I purchased a Hampton Bay Franklin Estates patio set on June 25, [redacted], at the St. Jerome Home Depot. The model number is FRS50421U-ST-1 and the SKU is [redacted]. This year, I noticed the terrible condition of my table. I have been unsuccessful in reaching the customer service for the claim in French. I have contacted Home Depot Canada, the store's credit service, the St. Jerome store, and Hampton Bay Canada. My table is still under warranty but unusable. The table's concrete is crumbling and cracking all over the top and bottom. I checked Home Depot's website, and I am not the only customer facing this issue. I have always stored it properly. Considering the $[redacted] price, I expected better quality. Can I receive assistance on this matter? Or compensation? I am not receiving any French service at Hampton Bay, and they redirect me to Home Depot Canada's number.

Hello! I recently purchased the "Laurel Oaks 7-Piece Brown Steel Outdoor Patio Dining Set with Standard Putty Tan Cushions" from Home Depot. Upon delivery and unboxing, I found that 3 out of 6 of the back cushions were badly smashed, requiring me to use a steamer to make them fit properly. Additionally, during assembly, I discovered that an entire pack of nuts and bolts was missing, forcing me to buy the missing parts from a different store. When I raised these issues with a Home Depot employee, I was informed that it was the manufacturer's responsibility, not the store's. I am quite disappointed by this response and the extra effort and money I had to spend to complete the set. I am hoping for some form of compensation for the inconvenience.

Hello, Last year, on July 27, we purchased the Hampton Bay gazebo Chatham 10x10 at Home Depot. Following the manual instructions, we properly installed it and enjoyed it for most of the summer. After disassembling it for the winter, we set it up again this spring (in mid-April). Unfortunately, on a windy day, the plastic D-ring, which provides additional security for one of the corners, broke, causing the structure to collapse. Although we like the product for its price, we decided to purchase the same one again and implement an additional modified securing method by adding rope loops. While shopping online, we discovered that the product comes with a two-year warranty. After contacting Home Depot and being directed to Hampton Bay customer service, we are willing to provide proof of purchase upon your request. We hope to receive a replacement for the same product. Thank you. Marina and Yevgeniy Manayev

Hi, I am providing information on the issue with the Hampton Bay Tacana outdoor set purchased in [redacted]. We recently noticed holes and burning on the table, which became apparent when my son's arm got burned from the hot surface. My husband and I are reluctant to buy a new table due to this safety hazard, especially given our loyal patronage to Home Depot. We are planning a big purchase of the engine white ledger stone and hope to resolve this matter. We prefer to avoid involving Home Depot Canada if possible. We are willing to share a video demonstrating the burning issue. I urge you to escalate this safety concern to your upper management. We cherish our 10-year positive experience with Home Depot and wish to maintain it. Thank you, Alex M. [redacted]

Hello, I bought two sets of "Solar Deck Post Light 2-packs" with item number #[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] last May. Unfortunately, out of the four lights, only two are still functional. One light stopped working after two months, and the other one stopped in December. I recall the credit card used for the purchase, but I cannot locate the receipt. Fortunately, I retained one of the product boxes. I am quite dissatisfied with the reliability of the lights. Despite this experience, I have used other Hampton Bay products and have always been satisfied with their quality.

I am reaching out about The Hampton Bay Windsor (6) Piece Patio Chat Set with a Brown Finish and Beige Cushions that I purchased on April 28, [redacted]. I have a concern with one of the chairs, as the right side needs to be replaced due to a manufacturing error. The back leg has been fabricated backwards. I kindly request that the replacement right arm piece be mailed to the following location for customer pick-up at Home Depot Store #[redacted]: [redacted] West Allen Road Woodhaven, Michigan [redacted] Please confirm the resolution and shipment of the replacement part via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Additionally, I would appreciate details on the pick-up date and the process for returning the misfabricated chair side with a provided return shipping label amidst the ongoing pandemic. I truly enjoy the assembled parts of the set, but having the complete and correct set is important to me. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, R. Castro

I bought a Hampton Bay Gazebo (Model 1250B-CPY) within the last year, but sadly, it got wrecked by the wind. Although I was pleased with it, I am frustrated by the money spent on it. I now realize my yard needs the stronger Hard Top Galvanized steel model priced at $1,[redacted] (model TPAGAZ9011). Is there any possibility of receiving a partial refund for the initial Gazebo to offset the cost of the Steel model? The first Gazebo was bought from Home Depot.

Good evening, I purchased the Delaronde 4-piece Conversation Set from you on May 21, [redacted]. Overall, I love the set, but encountered an issue during assembly. The coffee table had a screw that wouldn't thread properly, making it difficult to turn in fully without risking stripping it. Despite trying three different bolts, the problem persisted. I'm pleased with the rest of the outdoor set but would like to request a replacement coffee table. I've already contacted Home Depot in Dartmouth Crossing, Nova Scotia, where I made the purchase, but they are out of stock. Unfortunately, other local Home Depot stores also don't have it available. My order number at Home Depot is [redacted], and the product number is [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Heather B.

As a loyal customer of Hampton Bay, I have purchased multiple products, including five ceiling fans for my home. Around 2 1/2 years ago, I bought two wicker patio chairs with red cushions. Despite storing them indoors during the off-season, the wicker on the seating area has started to break. I am requesting a replacement for both chairs free of charge. When I bought the chairs at Home Depot, I had to pay for shipping due to the distance. I have tried to contact customer service with no success and would appreciate any assistance with this issue. You can reach me at the provided contact information. Thank you in advance for your help. Joseph Steber

A week after buying the 11 ft. Aluminum Cantilever Solar LED Offset Outdoor Patio Umbrella for $[redacted], it folded up in a light breeze. With no help from Home Depot, I bought a smaller $[redacted] umbrella that held up better. The expensive umbrella failed, unlike the cheaper one. I'm disappointed that Home Depot didn't back the product, as I've always bought Hampton Bay lawn furniture before. I hope Hampton Bay can honor the warranty for the $[redacted] umbrella that failed.
