Home Depot sent it out and it never got delivered (although email and robot said it did) b*c trucking mixup didn't have paperwork with our address so they sent it back to warehouse, and got resold to someone else. We're now upset since it's summer and no patio set, so they have it on back order, DO YOU KNOW WHEN IT MIGHT BE EXPECTED? No they don't. Asked that I pick out another set, but everything is now clearance with left overs I don't want. They added a discount and we agreed to take the same set in brown wicker with tan cushions. It came the week prior to the robot and email predicted time. (I wasn't home of course!) Upon assembly the ottoman was brown*tan* next piece opened was gray wicker w*blue cushions! I have a mismatched set, but am happy with the original gray*blue. Called to see if I could exchange for matching gray*blue ottoman, no it's back ordered and when it comes in I must send the whole mismatched set back to get the matching * piece set I originally ordered. Oh no, no, no I'm keeping the * pieces of gray*blue cause I don't trust HD to give me a * piece matching set in return. However, I do have the choice of getting an ottoman with a slightly better match to the gray*blue set - was offered a gray wicker ottoman with a white cushion. I'm deciding if feet*shoes would be a good idea on a white cushion. After all this, I get a robot call on Sunday night, that my HD order will be delivered next day. lol I actually thought they would be delivering the brown*tan set, but nothing has been delivered this week as the robot call stated. There is definitely a disconnect with on line ordering.
I sold our old patio set, had guests for my husband's July * bday - no furniture, and guests on *th July no furniture. Why didn't HD call and let me know it was being returned b*c of a trucking mix up and it would be delayed til they could re-send*resolve an internal mess?
Get a matching ottoman for the set* provide more discount price since it's been more than half the summer and no one can give me an idea when or if the matching ottoman will be coming in.
Love HD but never ordered something this large on line. I expected a much smoother transaction and delivery that turned out to be a nightmare and still isn't resolved.
spending as much as * hrs in one of many days on the phone when they were trying to find out why I didn't have the set. so frustrating
