We received a damaged chair body from Hampton Bay as part of a Woodbury * piece patio set order made online through Home Depot. We filed a claim requesting a replacement & received not one but two chair bodies as a result. I contacted Hampton Bay to return the second one: they did not want it back. I then asked to buy legs for it to make it usable, and was willing to pay for the chair body. I was told no to that as well, and was told to throw the perfectly good, brand new chair body away. That is the most asinine attitude we have ever run across!*We think it is extremely wasteful to toss away something brand new, and that attitude does not reflect at all well on the company that suggests this. We will definitely not recommend buying from Hampton Bay in the future.
GetHuman-pepcumm did not yet indicate what Hampton Bay should do to make this right.
