I am disappointed by your station's recent decision to support the LGBT community and GLAAD by airing same-sex commercials and content. It goes against traditional family values and religious beliefs, dividing viewers. The LGBT agenda contradicts biblical truths and research showing that children thrive best in a home with a married mother and father. While it's your prerogative as a business to choose your audience, alienating a significant portion of your viewers could have consequences. I will urge my congregation to boycott your station, stores, and products unless you reconsider this divisive agenda. Customers, like your station, have the freedom to take their business elsewhere. It's regrettable that you prioritize profit over principles and endorse practices that many find objectionable.

Viewers may have noticed the portrayal of unwed couples spending the night together and living together on Cedar Cove and other Hallmark movies, potentially straying from the channel's traditional values. Recently, a subtle shot hinted at a same-sex wedding raising concerns about a shift in content. Some are questioning the representation of homosexuality and the increasing presence of alcohol in scenes. Fans of When Calls the Heart are concerned about the show's future. Many hope Hallmark will maintain its reputation for clean, family-friendly content without compromising its integrity.

Over the years, I have bought many recordable Hallmark books for various occasions. When my mother-in-law became a great-grandmother, we decided to get a copy of the recordable "The Night Before Christmas" for each of her 9 great-grandchildren. Last Christmas, in [redacted], I purchased the book for my niece's newborn. Recently, my mother-in-law tried to record her voice for her great-grandson but the book didn't work. I bought it from Amazon. I was wondering if it's possible to get a replacement for my niece or if I could purchase 2 copies directly from you as the book is currently not available on the Hallmark website.

I am interested in purchasing the Hallmark paper that is currently on sale - 3 packages for $29. I attempted to buy one 3-package deal but encountered issues with a customer service representative who was unhelpful and unwilling to address my concerns about the $5 charge. I have faced challenges ordering this product before, despite being a long-time Hallmark customer. I hope to resolve this matter promptly so I can continue making cards.

I recently purchased two sets of Hallmark Christmas cards from Amazon. However, after sealing the envelopes, I noticed a strong bad taste in my mouth and a mild burning sensation on my lips each time. This concerns me, as it doesn't seem normal. The cards I purchased are both Signature cards: the Peanuts card with Snoopy decorating his dog house (5XPX9447) and the pale grey card with a white and gold Nativity scene cutout (5XPX9448), both marked as "Made in China." Given the current pandemic, this worries me even more. I tried reaching out to customer service but couldn't get through. Can someone please respond to my concerns? Thank you. ~ Nancy J. S. On November 23, [redacted], I bought a Christmas fold-out card featuring lights and sounds of the Nutcracker. Despite using extra postage and ensuring timely delivery, the card arrived without functioning lights or sound. If these cards are not suitable for mailing, it should be clearly communicated to customers to avoid disappointment. At $10.99, these cards are an expensive purchase to not be durable for USPS handling. I kindly request a credit if Hallmark expects me to remain a loyal customer.

I received a Snow Globe order at Amy’s Hallmark in Ridgeland, MS. However, upon opening it at home, I discovered the globe shattered into pieces. The box seemed dry, indicating it broke prior. When I contacted the store, they instructed me to reach out to you and return it to the warehouse. The Peanuts Snoopy Mug in the same order arrived fine; it was only the Little Lamb Religious Musical Snow Globe that was broken. Should I return it to be replaced? I wonder if you cover the cost of a return for a broken item. The order number is WEB[redacted]30. Please advise if I should send it back and if you can provide a free return label. Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you. - Nancy M.

On January 11, [redacted], I purchased the Hallmark Card Studio for Mac- New for [redacted] with order number [redacted]19, including a backup CD. Despite paying for the CD, it did not arrive. Subsequent to my email on April 13, [redacted], Dennis McCarty responded, stating that the CD had been sent to the provided address, though I never received it. After confirming the address as requested, a new backup disc was supposedly shipped on April 14, with a wait time of 2-4 weeks. Regrettably, it has not been received to date. Additionally, on September 28, I ordered the new Deluxe with software bundle for [redacted] and again paid for a backup CD (order number [redacted]) that has not been delivered. Regarding the downloads for the New for [redacted] and Classic Cards Pack, I am unsure of their location in the Hallmark Card Studio program. I am not very knowledgeable about computers and downloads, hence seeking guidance.

I have been a fan of Hallmark Movies for the past five years. Recently, I feel the network has shifted its focus to appeal more to a particular group, and in doing so, may have lost sight of its core audience. While I appreciate efforts to include diversity in their films, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in Christmas in Harmony, which featured an all-black cast. This departure from their usual approach left me feeling disconnected from the movie and I stopped watching halfway through. I believe it's important to embrace diversity that truly reflects all communities, including the growing Asian and Hispanic populations. While I acknowledge and respect different voices and perspectives, I prefer when inclusivity is woven naturally into the storyline rather than feeling forced.

I've been waiting on hold with customer service for a while now. I made an order online at hallmark.com, but it seems my payment information wasn't accepted. I attempted payment with a credit card, but PayPal is showing five orders placed. I'm uncertain if Hallmark received six orders or none at all. I only intended to purchase one Mermaid Barbie tree ornament, but the situation is confusing. I've been on the phone for almost 30 minutes now trying to get this resolved. Thank you, Matthew Todd Atkins

In the past, I had a monthly subscription with Hallmark to watch good movies on TV. Hallmark movies now have various options, which can be overwhelming for me at 84 years old. I prefer the simplicity of paying a monthly fee for a wide range of movie choices. Recently, it feels like there are fewer options, and we've watched most of them already. A good Hallmark movie is our nightly tradition before bed, especially as we're both in our 80s and rely on it for entertainment.

I recently enrolled in your reward program and spent $[redacted].88 at Trudy’s Boutique in Kyle, TX. During a recent visit, I splurged on more items intending to use my rewards discount to offset the cost. However, despite my attempt to apply the discount, I was informed that this was not how the program operated. Disappointed by the response, I decided to return the items to the shelf as I did not receive the immediate benefit I expected. I am dissatisfied with the reward system and have opted to discontinue my membership. Although I may return to the store to repurchase the items, the experience has left me feeling reluctant to support a program that I find misleading. I engage with various rewards programs, such as those offered by my credit card and airline, and find their processes much simpler compared to Hallmark's program.

I am a huge fan of the Hallmark & Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Channels. I enjoy watching the Christmas programs which I start in July. However, certain past movies have been upsetting to me. I find the portrayal of homosexuality offensive, as it goes against my beliefs. While I understand the changing world views, I would prefer not to encounter such content when watching movies. It would be helpful if these scenes could be removed, but if not, a clear indication in the movie information would allow me to avoid them. I have to stop watching a movie once those scenes appear, even if I was enjoying it. I hope that this feedback can be considered to prevent me from having to cancel my Hallmark channels. Thank you for understanding. Rita S.

I contacted Amazon Prime today to clarify the recurring charges of $5.99, $4.99, and $3.99 on my bank statements. They explained it was for a Hallmark subscription I unknowingly had. Assuming it was part of Amazon, I was mistaken. Being on a tight budget and not fond of paying for movies, except for "When Calls the Heart," I watched season 7. However, I couldn't access season 8 at $2.99 per episode. I've now canceled the subscription. Could you consider refunding the charges for the movies I watched unknowingly? I understand it might be a lot to request, but given my financial constraints from a disability, I unintentionally spent money I couldn't afford. Apologies for this oversight. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you, M.N.

I am attempting to contact Customer Service to inquire about repairing or replacing two items from The Peanuts Gang collection. The first item is Snoopy, who was previously functional but is not working now. The second item is Woodstock in the tree, where the lights on the front are working but not on the back. I am uncertain if this is a common issue. I would like to know if I can send them in for repairs or purchase replacements. Snoopy is being offered for $[redacted], which is beyond my budget. Additionally, I am interested in purchasing hooks that can hold three mini ornaments, which I couldn't find locally or on the website. Any assistance regarding these matters would be appreciated. I'm also curious if there are any technical difficulties with Hallmark's website preventing direct contact with customer service. Thank you for your attention to these concerns.

I have been a Hallmark Card user for over 10 years and always had great experiences until [redacted]. Lately, each time I try to print a card, I am prompted with configuration questions for each card, leading to wasted printer paper due to unnecessary X's and arrows. This change has made sending Hallmark cards more of a hassle than a joy. I would appreciate guidance on how to disable this configuration prompt to return to the seamless printing process I enjoyed before. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I am currently working for survey.com, conducting inventory for your store, Hallmark Cards. During this assignment, I observed some concerning behavior by employees at the store. They were drinking on the job, bringing their children to work, and being disruptive to the point where a Walgreens employee had to ask them to keep it down. The team lead even seemed unfazed when asked to lower the noise level, which was unsettling. Additionally, I am aware of a wanted individual with a history of drug-related issues being employed by the store, despite my previous report to survey.com. This experience has left me jobless due to potential repercussions from Survey, but I felt compelled to raise these issues to ensure better work ethics are upheld at your store. I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of the personnel representing Hallmark Cards. Sincerely, A concerned survey employee.

I bought the Christmas Scene cards online this year, trusting the HALLMARK CARDS brand. However, I found the envelopes very hard to lick due to the dark red color and texture, making it difficult to address them nicely. I tried using ballpoint pens, Sharpies, and felt tips but none of them were very readable. I was greatly disappointed and won't be buying these again. It's frustrating when the quality doesn't meet expectations.
