(*) I placed an order (on ********) on-line based on price quoted by you on the web.*(*) You acknowledged the order with confirmation * ******* with total price of $***.** on ********.*(*) Please understand that I would not have placed the order if the price was any higher.*(*) On ********, two days after you confirm my above order via confirmation ********, you change (raise) the price of items purchased by me in that order and send me another order confirmation (* *******) and expect me to pay you the higher amount of $ ***.**.*(*) Obviously I refuse to pay the higher price as I had placed an order based on the price displayed by your web site which were lower than what you are now demanding from me. **) You have also confirmed the order at the lower prices via * ******* (copy of which was sent to you by earlier email).*(*) Also you deny my request to cancel the order even though it is not yet shipped.** In addition my request to talk to manager * supervisor is denied.*My resolution....
