I purchased an HP Chromebook 14A NA0040NR through a flex pay plan set for three monthly payments. I need to change my payment method for this month due to concerns about potential overdraft on my checking account. I would like to use my credit card to make the July payment and cancel the debit from my checking account for this month only. Could you please reach out to me promptly to arrange this adjustment? I recently bought a computer, a fan, and a humidifier in one unit. Due to my upcoming move to an Independent Living Apartment, I need to return them. The combined fan and humidifier is too large for my new place, which has limited space. Although it is beyond the 30-day return period, I am kindly asking for an exception to return them. I have been a loyal customer of both your company and QVC. I am willing to settle my express pay balance promptly. Please understand that I made the purchase before knowing about my moving situation. I appreciate your understanding and hope you can accommodate my request. Your HSN business is thriving, and I believe this return request will not cause any issues for your company. I purchased what was advertised as a laptop from HSN. Upon receipt, I discovered it was a tablet. I also bought a mouse. I requested return labels for both items, but only the laptop had one. After some confusion with UPS, I shipped back the laptop with its label and purchased a separate label for the mouse. The UPS driver took both packages but failed to provide a tracking number for the mouse. I suspect foul play as I never received the mouse's tracking information and HSN thinks only the mouse was returned. Despite reaching out to UPS and HSN multiple times, I am struggling to resolve this issue. As a disabled senior on a limited income with no support system, I am unsure how to proceed. It seems like the UPS supervisor may have swapped the labels to cover up the disappearance of the laptop. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I only received 1 gallon of paint instead of the 2 gallons I ordered. After tracking the missing gallon, it shows as delivered. I contacted HSN through chat, provided all my details, but the representative disconnected before resolving the issue. As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount over the years, missing a gallon of paint is frustrating, especially since I have been waiting for weeks. Today, I'm hosting my granddaughter's birthday party and counted on the delivery. If not resolved, I will have to go to Home Depot to purchase another gallon. I paid $[redacted] for the missing gallon and urgently need it.

I am experiencing financial difficulties at the moment, and I kindly ask for your patience regarding my membership. I intend to make up for the missed payment by submitting a double payment or more during the week of Nov 11th, when my finances are expected to improve. Due to Covid-related circumstances, I struggled with my last online college class, leading to the college reclaiming the remaining financial aid from my bank account, a situation that should be resolved by the week of Nov 11th after a successful appeal. While temporarily facing challenges like many others during this time, I assure you that I am typically a reliable customer. I aim to rectify the situation and restore my account's financial standing with a payment in November. I will receive a Social Security disability check on November 3rd, which will cover my rent and potentially a utility bill or two. I am willing to forego one utility bill to allocate a partial payment to you on the 3rd. By the week of November 11th, my financial situation will be back on track. I'm frustrated with HSN because my order has been processing for nearly a week now. HSN claims the bank hasn't approved payment, but when I contacted the bank, they said there's no issue on their end. HSN hasn't even attempted to process the payment. I spoke with an HSN representative an hour ago, and they couldn't explain why my order hasn't gone through. They doubt my order will arrive by the 17th at this rate. My first experience with HSN has been very disappointing, and I don't plan on placing any more orders with them.

Hello, I purchased Beyond Paint and Beyond Paint Sealer. When I started painting cabinets, the paint clumped up and became lumpy. I contacted HSN, and they provided instructions on how to return the items and issued a label. The two items returned were Beyond Paint All-in-One Refinishing Quart (ITEM [redacted]-[redacted]) and BEYOND PAINT Multipurpose Indoor and Outdoor Sealer (ITEM [redacted]-[redacted]), with tracking number [redacted] and [redacted] respectively. The UPS label indicates they were delivered on 10/29/20 at 9:15 a.m. On 11/12/20, I checked with HSN regarding the return status. The Customer Service Representative was helpful and assured me a refund in 1 or 2 days. I received a refund for the Beyond Paint but not for the Sealer, even though both items were sent back in the same box. Can you kindly look into this issue and follow up on my previous chat where I inquired about the return status of the Beyond Paint Sealer by Aurora? Thank you.

Hello HSN, I received a notice regarding order [redacted] today, and it mentioned that the item was delivered. However, it did not arrive at my address, [redacted] 7th Ave, Watervliet, NY. Despite tracking the package and UPS showing it as delivered on Oct 9 around 3:30 pm, I did not find the package at my front porch or my neighbors' houses. I contacted HSN and UPS, but there was no resolution. The HSN representative assured me a replacement would be sent, and I have one final payment due in Dec. As a loyal customer for almost 20 years, I wouldn't claim non-delivery if it weren't true. I am nearly 70 years old and do not want to be penalized for a mistake I didn't make. Hello, I am Tamara Belcher and I am dissatisfied with my recent purchase. I bought a black Jay King convertible necklace on flex pay and made two bracelets out of a part of it to fit my small wrists. However, after ensuring they were secure on my wrist, they mysteriously disappeared a few hours later. I purchased two of these convertible necklaces, one black and one moon stone, but I am specifically referring to the Jay King black one that fell off my arm. I suspect the magnet failed as I checked it was secure initially. I have not yet made the first payment and have searched extensively for the missing pieces. I recently experienced two unexpected withdrawals from my account, causing it to go into overdraft. This situation has put a strain on my finances as my rent payment is due. Additionally, there was a mistake made by the sales rep, Mr. Robert, regarding my order confirmation. Initially, I verified with Mr. Robert that the funds had not been withdrawn from my account, only to discover later that the payment had indeed been processed. As a result, my account balance is negatively affected. I had requested a specific color for the tablet in my order, but this detail was overlooked in the confirmation email. I have been a long-time customer of HSN and QVC through Comenity with barely any late payments. However, since they switched to Synchrony, being just two days late led to the closure of both my accounts. This is incredibly frustrating, especially during a pandemic when finances are tight for many. I had maintained low balances and had not gone months without payment. If Synchrony continues to handle accounts this way, they risk losing numerous customers. I had planned to use these accounts for Christmas shopping, but now I will be taking my business elsewhere if they are indifferent to customer concerns.

Sierra Trading Co recently posted a picture of a Bearpaw boot that caught my eye. When I asked for the model name and number, they mentioned I should reach out to HSN since the boot was featured there. I have a picture of the bootie and would like to share it with you to see if my daughter and I can locate it. Unfortunately, I can't attach the picture here. Hello, my name is Elena Wong. I ordered two Apple tablets: the Apple iPad 10.2" bundle with 128GB memory, Bluetooth keyboard, and the Apple Air 10.9" with 64GB, including a keyboard, headphones, and a bag. I have not received my order yet. When I ordered, it was mentioned on TV that due to a high volume of orders, they would split them up, potentially taking 7-10 days. I ordered early because all colors were available at that time. I am puzzled about the delay and hope to get some clarification. Ordering two iPads on the same day should not result in them being lost in limbo.

I have attempted numerous times to track my order #[redacted] online, but it keeps indicating it is an invalid number. Even after double-checking with HSN, the tracking number remains inaccurate. The package was sent via UPS Ground on December 12th, and that is the only information I am able to retrieve, aside from the incorrect tracking number. I made the purchase in November, and despite the holiday season affecting shipping times, I have yet to receive my item. It is my initial experience with ordering from here, and I am uncertain if I will repeat it. Upon reviewing my bank account, the funds were deducted on December 14th instead of November. Please review my order swiftly as I require it by Christmas. Dear Santa, please help me. 🙏

I recently received my order of Perlier bath cream, a 16.9 fluid ounce bottle, on December 16th. Unfortunately, the pump dispenser top was broken into two sharp pieces inside the shrink wrap packaging. I would like to request a replacement pump for the product with Order No. [redacted]. I mistakenly had my children's gifts sent to my address instead of directly to them in Virginia. The red Homesick 2.0 Foot Massager with remote was meant for K. Diggs and K. at [redacted] English Wells Way Apt. [redacted], Chester, VA [redacted]. The blue massager was intended for J. E. Diggs at [redacted] Lookout Lane, N. Prince George, VA [redacted]. The packages were accompanied by cards wishing a Merry Christmas and expressing our love. They were expected to receive these gifts by the 24th.

My spouse purchased a Crosley radio, specifically the CR7002D Troubadour, at the end of November. The order number is #[redacted] with item number [redacted]. On Christmas Day, I opened the package, and everything seemed fine except the CD tray wouldn't open to put in a disc. I reached out to Crosley's tech support over the phone, but they weren't helpful, mentioning that email inquiries might take up to 7 days for a response. Any suggestions on how to address this issue? I would like to bring to your attention that there is a company calling itself "hsn-retail" which might mislead individuals into thinking it is associated with your company. This situation seems fraudulent and should be addressed. I was unfortunately a victim of this scam, losing $[redacted] to them. I am currently working with PayPal to resolve this issue and recover my funds. I believe it is essential to take legal action against such deceptive practices to prevent others from falling victim to this scheme. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
