I am frustrated with my recent shopping experience. While trying to make a purchase over the phone, the representative suggested I apply for an HSN card for a $20 discount, which I declined initially but later changed my mind. Despite my request, the agent did not provide further assistance and mentioned a 30-day wait period to reapply for the card. Disappointed, I then attempted to place my order online without success. This experience has deterred me from shopping with them in the future. It's a shame as I am a loyal customer willing to spend money, but their customer service approach seems to be lacking. I may consider sharing my negative interaction with others to raise awareness about their poor customer relations.

I am experiencing difficulties placing an order with HSN online or over the phone. I do not have my account number readily available as I haven't used my HSN card in a while. Despite having made significant purchases from HSN in the past, I am unsure if there are any outstanding payments due. I am keen to shop with HSN given the quality of products offered, especially as I am unable to venture out to physical stores currently. This past year has been incredibly challenging as I lost my husband to metastatic pancreatic cancer. The stress has been overwhelming, and I have been struggling to cope. I received a call from Linda regarding my shipping receipts for the Sleep Number bed return reimbursement. I believe the shipping costs for the defective bed shouldn't be my responsibility as the bed didn't function properly. Despite following all instructions, the electrical controls didn't work, preventing the remote control from adjusting the bed. I was instructed to return the item at my own expense, unaware that I could request a shipping label. I am willing to fax over the receipts, but I require Linda's last name to address it correctly.

I placed an order on the 15th or 16th, and when I tracked it today, it showed as delivered, but there was nothing outside my door. I checked my cameras and nothing was delivered. I had informed the representative when I ordered that my address is [redacted] Heigl Avenue, Siesta Key, FL, [redacted]. However, the system might have changed it to Sarasota incorrectly. I am concerned this may have led to the issue. I really need these products for Christmas presents. If UPS delivered it to the wrong address, I need to know how to dispute it to receive my order. Hello, I have been experiencing difficulty reaching HSN customer service, and it feels like navigating the black market. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. After placing multiple online orders, I am unable to track them. The order status indicates that no purchases have been made in the last 90 days when I check. Despite receiving emails from HSN to stay updated, it has been three days since the items were shipped, and I have not received them. The first order I made arrived the day after receiving the "shipped email" from HSN. My orders are on flex pay, but when I tried using the flex manager, it directed me to make purchases on flex pay instead. Hello, I purchased the 4-piece quilted luggage by Joy, but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address due to my failure to update my new address. Despite visiting the old address and the new homeowners confirming they did not receive the delivery, customer service was unable to assist me. I recently noticed that the luggage set is on clearance, but it is sold out when I tried to repurchase it. I am reaching out in the hopes that perhaps the company has received it as a return or has another set available somewhere that I could purchase at the clearance price. I am open to any color or even an imperfect set as long as it serves its purpose. This luggage is essential for an upcoming women's event I am diligently preparing for, and having it would greatly boost my confidence compared to using reusable grocery bags or hand-me-down luggage. My 87-year-old husband made an unauthorized purchase of an Apple iPad for $[redacted].34 from HSN without informing me. Despite my request, he returned it but mistakenly sent it to the PO Box mentioned on the box. Shortly after, we got a bill from Comenity Capital Bank. I then wrote to Comenity explaining the situation, stating that my husband is not mentally competent to make purchases, and requested the account be closed. Surprisingly, the iPad was resent to us without explanation. The return period has lapsed, and I am unable to locate the purchase details to return it. We are now facing unwanted attention from Comenity. It's evident we have no use for another computer as my husband struggles to use the ones we already own.

I needed proof of purchase and contacted customer service multiple times before being informed that the proof couldn't be emailed and had to be sent via regular mail. I was then directed to search for Bulova repairs/parts for the necessary paperwork to send the watch for repair. However, Bulova responded that they were not associated with Invicta. After contacting HSN again, employee Nicole with ID number [redacted] assured me she would send the correct information and proof of purchase via email within 24 hours. Despite this promise on 07/03/[redacted], I am still waiting for the emails. I hope this issue can be promptly resolved as it has been quite frustrating.

I am seeking assistance with my recent order on HSN. Initially, I attempted to use flex pay but was denied. Subsequently, I applied and was approved for PayPal credit with reference number AC72827. Following this, I unknowingly placed 6 duplicate orders for the same item. After contacting customer service, a representative removed the extra orders, leaving just one. However, it seems that the order I linked to my PayPal credit was among those removed. I must now return the item, make a repurchase using PayPal credit to fulfill my monthly payments. I desire to keep the laptop and wish to resolve this issue by canceling the current order, placing it again to utilize my PayPal credit. I purchased two chargers priced at $37.50 on November 11, [redacted]. Upon contacting customer service, it was clarified that the price was for one charger only, which was disappointing. The order number for the chargers is E23238. I have returned the sole charger I received as I originally wanted them for Christmas. I recently purchased two Art and Cook [redacted]-piece food storage sets #[redacted]-[redacted] at $14.95 each after David Venable suggested them for Thanksgiving leftovers. I stored them away for my daughters for the holiday. However, on Thanksgiving when we tried to use the containers, we found that the lids wouldn't stay on, leading to a disappointing and embarrassing situation. This purchase from HSN left me upset as a customer of over 30 years. My daughter had to use duct tape to close the containers, which was shocking. I am requesting a refund for this subpar product as I believe they are of poor quality. Though it's past the 30-day return policy, I hope you will consider this exceptional case given my loyalty as a long-time customer. I placed four orders with HSN, but unfortunately, they were all canceled due to verification issues. The 24-inch TV with a DVD player and 2-year insurance plan that I wanted is now out of stock. I believe orders under suspicion should not be canceled without attempting to contact the customer first to resolve any issues. I am disappointed that I was not able to get the TV I had my heart set on, especially since it is now unavailable. Due to this, I am unable to order a different one, and my funds will be tied up for another week. I am currently on a tight budget due to leaving a difficult situation, and the prospect of getting the TV from HSN was a bright spot for me. However, now I am unsure if I will shop with them again. This situation has set me back in reaching my goal of owning a TV, and I wish it had been handled differently.

Both the host and seller mentioned stockpiling food items, such as chicken, due to difficulty in finding them in grocery stores. I recently received a Perlier 3-piece gift set from HSN. However, upon opening the package this morning, I discovered that the pump body wash was broken and leaked all over the box. The shea body lotion had melted and leaked onto the packing slip. The only product that was undamaged was the hand lotion. When I called to complain, I was informed that I needed to return the box and packing slip, which was impossible due to the damage. Despite this, I was only offered a five-dollar credit for the damaged items I had paid for in full. As a longtime customer of HSN, I am extremely disappointed by this response.
