My ATM and credit cards have been frozen. I am concerned about why my account has been put on hold. Freezing my credit card is acceptable, but freezing my account is against the law unless mandated by the government. Here are my account numbers for reference: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. I kindly request a quick and peaceful resolution to this issue. I am willing to return the HSBC Mastercard and settle any outstanding payments but request that my account be released from hold. I was directed by an HSBC representative to call [redacted], but after being placed on hold for over 2 hours with only a recording speaking, the call got disconnected. Please address this matter promptly and amicably. Thank you.

I opened an Advance Checking account online to take advantage of the promotion from HSBC. I made a deposit at my local HSBC branch and received an ATM for the account. I was also offered an Advance HSBC Mastercard. These transactions were set up in October [redacted]. I started using the credit card but on November 4, [redacted], I discovered that the HSBC Mastercard was denied. When I tried to access my Advance Checking account, I found I couldn't. I called the number provided by a HSBC representative, [redacted], for security reasons, but all I got was a recorded message saying that representatives were experiencing delays.

I opened an HSBC Advance Checking Account online to take advantage of a promotion. I received an ATM card for the account (5[redacted] 2[redacted]) valid until 10/23, as well as an HSBC Mastercard in November. I have been using the Mastercard since then, but it was declined last week on December 4. When I tried to use my HSBC ATM card, I found out it wasn't working. A HSBC representative told me to call [redacted] regarding security concerns about my account. I tried calling multiple times but only got a message about delays and was unable to speak with anyone. I am seeking a prompt resolution to unfreeze my account or stop placing it on hold.
