Hello,**Like a month ago, my money was taken by unknown person from my account and I reported it so I got money back ( but apparently, I didn't put any money in my account at that time which made my account was overdraft. ) *So I emaild them again since I am not in the uk that it was not my fault to make my account being overdraft and I'd like to close my account because I feel worried if it is going to happen again. **And they said I need to call them giving me the numbers I can contact but the numbers were not working at all. I was kinda lost what to do.**I am planning to go to Austrailia and found out you have your branches there as well so I checked my account and found you charged me ** pounds more. I don't know what's going on and I feel so upset.**I just want you to bring my account back normal.**I look forward to your reply. thankyou
