Dear Sir * Madam **I am a British Citizen Invested and embedded in China for over ** years as with Mark Tucker experienced in both UK * Asia markets, together with the Americas.**A recent experience associated with HSBC in HK has raised serious concerns about questionable business practices morally, ethically and commercially and I wish to limit the experience of the slow escalating process through the online help facilities in which I am still awaiting a response and would prefer to raise the concerns top down without repeated exposure.**If at all possible could you provide e mail address that will ensure at least the concerns are represented at a level appropriate with concerns as to HSBC business practices, as the only alternative is to raise them through the British embassy in China .***Thank you in advance for your consideration. **Karl
