Help with my HSBC (UK) issue
The issue in GetHuman-dharmic's own words
Vodafone uk called me and they have my address, date of birth, sort code and account number. They proposed they set up a direct debit. I have refused but I worry what they can do with this information. If that’s all they need to set up a direct debit, what’s stopping any of their employees to misuse this information
Email information about who can use direct debit on my account and what permissions they need
I have an issue with HSBC (UK) too
How GetHuman-dharmic fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-dharmic to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
