I need to change my Instant Ink program. I had trouble canceling the paper part of my Instant Ink subscription. I spent over an hour trying to reach HP but couldn't find a way. I finally resolved it by carefully checking the HP Instant Ink webpage. The solution I needed was located far down the page among other links.

I recently purchased a new HP Printer directly from the HP Store, but I am having difficulty setting it up. Despite buying an HP Care Pack and receiving confirmation via email, I am unable to use it because HP indicated it will take approximately 30 days to set it up. Furthermore, I encountered an issue with accessing HP's support website from my Windows 10 Pro computer as I keep receiving an "ACCESS DENIED" message on all browsers. I am unable to call HP support as the website states that support for my printer has expired, which cannot be accurate since I purchased it just a week ago.

I am an administrative assistant who tried to install a new HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw printer on a Mac laptop for my employer on April 29, [redacted]. Unable to install it, I contacted HP Support. Despite assuming the person I was connected with was from HP, it turned out they were from TechCube. They claimed a Trojan Horse was blocking the installation and recommended Malware, which I then purchased with employer approval. Despite the purchase, the printer still couldn't be installed after hours on the phone with Charlie from TechCube. To my surprise, I ended up not only purchasing Malware but also their technical support without realizing it until the end. I feel deceived as I only intended to contact HP for assistance. Now, I can only use the printer with a cable connection, which I could have done on my own. When attempting to file a complaint with my credit card company, they directed me back to HP, leaving me frustrated and unsure how to proceed.

On May 8, [redacted], I purchased a new HP laptop computer, model 15s-fq2000, with serial no. 5CD148794T. As I set up the computer, a message appeared on the screen stating the warranty would end in Feb [redacted], despite being told there was only a 1-year warranty. After my wife interacted with the message, it disappeared. I am unsure of the actual warranty length now. I prefer to receive your response via email. I encountered a printer failure message on my Officejet Pro printer, serial number CN3BQF4HS8, which I purchased on 02-21-[redacted]. Despite following the troubleshooting steps suggested by the automated virtual help, the issue persists. The printer sounds normal upon starting but consistently displays the printer failure message. I am unsure if this indicates that the printer needs to be replaced. I do not use texting and lack the capability to do so.

My printer went offline suddenly. I've attempted various solutions without success. I reached out to GetHuman on June 17. Spent over an hour chatting with David B. Such a frustrating experience. We repeated the same troubleshooting steps 4-5 times. He had me constantly plug and unplug while pressing various buttons repeatedly. Eventually, he suggested my power cord was faulty and offered to send a replacement for $15 plus shipping, which seemed excessive. The new cord arrived on June 25 after a long wait, even though my printer is still under warranty. David also pushed for an extended warranty, which I found unnecessary. Now, the printer's power button blinks continuously since I've tried fixing it.

I am the owner of a 13-year-old HP Mini with the serial number CNF0184DYT and product number VS143AV. It used to run Windows 7 Starter on an Intel Atom chip, but the operating system got corrupted over a year ago, leaving me unable to log in. Despite my attempt to boot Puppy Linux from a USB, the Mini keeps trying to boot Windows 7 and ignores the USB. I tried to access Safe Mode but am prompted for an Administrator Password that I don't have. Even accessing BIOS is problematic. HP Customer Support, after entering the serial and product numbers, only states "Product Expired" and does not offer help. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am experiencing ongoing issues with my printer despite having provided the serial number which has been used since purchase. Despite the confirmation number on the printed page you sent, online support was unable to locate any record based on the serial number I provided. My printer frequently goes offline even after printing and prompts me to add a printer. During a previous online session, some drivers were installed as per the support's instructions, which temporarily resolved the issue. However, the problem returned shortly after. I bought the HP Deskjet 2700e in November [redacted] along with a three-year warranty. Recently, I've been facing ongoing issues with the paper feed. The printer doesn't recognize the paper in the feed, despite trying various methods like using different paper types and amounts. The persistent orange light indicating no paper in the feed is frustrating. Occasionally, after multiple attempts, it does work. I am dissatisfied with the printer's performance and would like a refund. I request a shipping label to return the printer to your company. I prefer printers with different paper feeding mechanisms in the future due to the consistent troubles I've encountered with top-fed paper printers.

I received an old computer from my father, Glenn Greenlee, which I believe had Windows 10. He had it updated in Canyon City, Colorado, by a now-defunct company. Unfortunately, the computer was stolen in the summer of [redacted], and it seems that someone, possibly my ex, Brandi Joe Johnson, illegally imposed administrative control on it on October 9, [redacted]. My name is Chance Michael Greenlee. The email account I used was [redacted], which was also illegally accessed by Nikki Christiansen in [redacted]. I suspect that my father had set up the computer, potentially with business-related security measures. I believe someone has tampered with the device, deleting information and misusing it to access my platforms and cryptocurrency. I am also dealing with a compromised phone, where Apple has identified multiple malicious viruses. I am desperate to recover my data and ensure my devices are secure.

I had trouble setting up my new HP Photo Envy [redacted] from Amazon. Despite attempts, the printer had alignment issues. Contacting HP's virtual agent led me through troubleshooting steps, advising to clean the cartridges and let them dry for 10 minutes. After reinserting them, the printer still failed to align. Printouts were streaky, missing the magenta color. Despite multiple cleanings and alignment attempts, the issue persisted. Every time I attempt to scan to email, the printer needs to check its registration first. This process is hindered by a lost internet connection, leading to the need to restart the OfficeJet [redacted] for a connection to be re-established. This recurring issue has caused significant time wastage for my staff and me dealing with HP problems. Despite being patient for over 20 years, resolving HP printer issues has become overwhelming. A fix only provides temporary relief, as the problem resurfaces after a few days. We have a meeting scheduled with Canon representatives tomorrow to explore their Canon PIXMA G6020. Transitioning to Canon printers seems like a viable solution at this point. Any insights on this situation would be greatly appreciated.

My team and I have invested significant time dealing with these recurring HP issues. Despite our patience with HP problems over the last ** years, the constant need to troubleshoot printer issues in both our current location and our office in Florida is becoming overwhelming. As the fixes only last a few days before the problem resurfaces, transitioning to Canon appears to be the most viable solution. Any insights on this matter would be appreciated.

About 10 days ago, the scanning function of my HP ENVY [redacted] printer stopped working with my HP laptop. I've spent hours each day troubleshooting the issue with no success, involving the computer, printer, router, and modem. It appears to have occurred after an update. I've tried online support guides with no luck as it's too complex for me to follow. I'm looking for direct assistance from HP to remotely access my computer and resolve the problem. Can HP support help me delete Windows Edge and cloud services to simplify my computer? Additionally, my storage seems full and prompts me to purchase more, which I assume will incur costs. Some of my images display red X’s, indicating they may be stored elsewhere. I appreciate any help with these issues.

I bought a printer in January [redacted] and got a warranty. Sadly, after just a week of use, it stopped working. I reached out to HP Customer Service last Wednesday, August 4. They confirmed the issue over the phone and gave me order # BTJS4686. They mentioned sending return details to [redacted], but I haven't received any email yet. I've attempted to use the order number and email to process the return on the website, but it says the information is invalid. I also tried calling customer support twice, but I was on hold for over an hour with no luck. I really need assistance with returning the printer to get a replacement that works. I placed an order for a printer earlier with Order No. H[redacted]05. After receiving the confirmation email, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect regarding the unit or apartment number. I contacted customer service and spent around thirty minutes on the phone rectifying this mistake. Upon receiving a shipping notification email from HP, I realized the wrong unit/apartment number was still listed. As the printer is large and heavy, delivery needs to be precise. I believe FedEx or USPS will need the correct address for delivery. Please assist via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted].

I own an HP all-in-one printer, HP ENVY Photo [redacted]. Recently, I had issues with the scan function, which I resolved by obtaining software from HP Scan. However, now my fax is not working. I'm unsure if the scan software affected the fax function or if it's a coincidence. Both my printer and my husband's identical printer (HP ENVY Photo Series [redacted]) are experiencing fax problems. Our fax and home phone number is [redacted]. Despite the fax trouble, our digital phone connected to the answering machine still works. The Fax Log displays "Fax Sent, Error [redacted], A communication error occurred during the fax transmission." How can I fix the fax function on both printers? Thank you.

Issue with Victus by HP 16.1-inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 Product: 665W3EA Serial: 5CD205298V Warranty Months remaining: 21 Upon the initial setup of the computer, I encountered the following issues: Clicking on the "CHAT" icon in the taskbar would cause the window to continuously close and reopen quickly instead of staying open. To resolve this, I navigated to: System > Restore; Restore PC settings to factory defaults; "Restore PC," resetting it to factory conditions, and now the "CHAT" window opens correctly. Additionally, when inserting a USB drive, I attempted to enable autoplay to view the list of files on it following these two methods: 1. Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Autoplay; selecting: Removable drive; Open folder to view files (File Explorer). 2. Bluetooth and devices > Autoplay; I choose "Enabled"; and on Removable drive; Open folder to view files (File Explorer). Autoplay is not working. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with HP Instant Ink and their virtual system but have not been able to resolve the issue with my printer. If HP does not address the problems caused by their ink, I will have to consider legal action. I will be seeking damages for the repair of my printer and the time wasted. Unfortunately, HP no longer provides a direct phone number for customer support, so I am providing my contact details for them to reach out to me regarding this matter.
