After many unsuccessful upgrades to Windows on my HP stream laptop the HP website troubleshooting directed me to try a few things. Reset, troubleshooting, Advanced options. Unfortunately nothing that I have tried has fixed the problem. And now after all of that my HP laptop will not open systems properly it just either shows a black screen or turns off and on without really displaying any options on the screen. I would like to do whatever is easiest at this point but a complete reset to factory settings would be great so I could start fresh with a updated version
