Use my computer to increase the number of pages in my plan but I keep running into obstacles because I don’t understand. ... I want to increase my instant ink subscription and can’t figure out how to do it on my computer. I have to talk to a human who can make the change for me.
I have tried many times but failed. HP doesn’t realize that some customers are older and can’t understand how to do it on the computer.
Receiving a call from a human who can make the changes I desire.
My first time with a instant Ink and it’s turned out to be expensive because I’m paying for extra pages when I shouldn’t have to.
I’ve tried to do it myself and am frustrated and angry.

Talk with a human! Use Chrome instead of Safari for a Mac. Have the rep walk you through every step and make sure you can navigate through for further problems.
