I own an HP Envy [redacted] Printer and recently got an Acer Laptop running Windows 10. With my old Windows 7 computer, I never had any printing issues. Now, when I place a one-page document on the printer glass and hit "Print," it doesn't print at all. Also, I can't print right after turning on the laptop as it shows the printer is offline. Do I have to install a new driver or is there another way to restore the convenient printing experience I had before? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Ron S.

I have spent hours trying to reach someone in your company. I mistakenly purchased your printer assuming it was similar to my old HP. To my dismay, I discovered I have to grant you access to my computer before I can print. All I require is a printer without the need for access to my computer. If this setup issue cannot be resolved promptly, I will return the product to Walmart for a refund. Being a disabled Vietnam Veteran, I have little patience for such complications. Thank you.

I am experiencing multiple issues with my printer. Despite my attempts to resolve the problem by disconnecting the power and USB plug, the printer continues to print the same last page repeatedly. I have a new laptop and cannot locate the original setup disc for the printer. I have tried using a virtual assistant and contacting various HP phone numbers without success. The support options provided only lead to dead ends and do not connect me to a live agent. Visiting [redacted].hp.com for software assistance also proved unhelpful. As a member of Instant Ink, I am concerned that the continuous printing will result in high costs and paper wastage. I require assistance from a live agent to troubleshoot these issues. I recently bought an HP OfficeJet PRO [redacted] printer. It's working well, and I can print from my iPhone. However, I'm facing an issue with my LENOVO THINK PAD E520 LAPTOP running WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PACK 1. This laptop is offline and connected directly to the printer via USB. I downloaded HPEasyStart_12_2_5163_01.exe but can't complete the installation due to the lack of internet on the laptop. I need a standalone DEVICE DRIVER for my Lenovo laptop to enable printing. I've searched for it but couldn't locate one. Any help in providing the necessary driver would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a laptop on July 10, [redacted], with the intention of giving it as a Christmas gift. However, it turned out to be a Notebook with a fuzzy screen quality issue. I have been struggling with my HP Envy [redacted] printer for a few months now. The color hue on my copies is significantly darker than the original scans. I have been attempting to get my laptop repaired under the Care Warranty Program for three weeks. I have encountered multiple representatives who either seem unsure of the process or transfer me to someone else. Most frustratingly, even though the Care Package wasn't registered at purchase, I am indeed entitled to the service. Recently, I communicated with Sharon who requested I provide Sam's Club receipts from MAY 14, [redacted], and other documents. The email contained various links but displayed a notice stating not to respond as the account isn't monitored. I am uncertain about what HP specifically needs from me; the email lacked clear instructions. It mentioned that the warranty status was validated and updated. I simply wish to have my HP Notebook Laptop repaired and need guidance on returning it. My case number is [redacted]. I work as an onsite technician at Alfred State College and have encountered a peculiar issue on numerous students' HP computers with 10th Gen Intel Core CPUs and Intel UHD or Iris Ve display adapters. The problem arises when using zoom controls in Visio [redacted], causing the screen to become blurry and jittery. I have attempted various solutions including updating software and drivers, reinstallation of Visio, and disabling hardware acceleration in Visio, which temporarily resolves the issue. Further testing on my Lenovo Thinkpad E15 with a similar CPU showed no problems, suggesting the issue might be specific to HP devices. If troubleshooting fails, I plan to reach out to HP support to escalate the matter to their software developers for a potential patch.

Hello, I purchased a Pentium Gold 4GB, 1TB desktop PC and a 22" monitor on 31/01/20. I have been experiencing issues with its speed. A few months ago, I chatted with one of your agents who provided me with some software to install which initially improved the speed, but it has become slower over time. I have checked my internet speed, which is consistently between 50 and 60 Mbps as I have BT Broadband. However, it can take up to 15 minutes to load a webpage and sometimes it doesn't load at all even after waiting over half an hour. I have tried typical solutions like defragmenting and deleting cookies but the problem persists. I am frustrated with the PC and considering replacing it. I hope for assistance. Regards, Bob

I am experiencing an intermittent hard disk error [redacted] on my Windows 7 laptop. Despite passing short and long hard drive tests, it takes multiple attempts to boot up. I downloaded the HP Diagnostic tool but encountered display issues where not all options are visible, like the "Run" button under the Components test. Despite attempts to adjust settings, I can't get the button to show up. Any advice before proceeding with any actions would be appreciated. Hello, I previously reached out about my PC issue, but I was unable to follow up due to being hospitalized. My computer is extremely slow, leading me to use my iPad instead. Despite trying various fixes like transferring files, cleaning, and defragmenting, the speed remains an issue. I have been getting this message from HP Mimecast <[redacted]> for two days now: "This is a delivery failure notification message indicating that an email you addressed to email address : -- [redacted] could not be delivered. The problem appears to be : -- Recipient email server rejected the message" My printer is connected to the wireless network and has the mentioned email address. What could be causing this issue? I am experiencing constant freezing issues while playing Call of Duty: Cold War on my gaming laptop. Despite reaching out to HP multiple times over the past year, I have not received any useful assistance. My laptop is well ventilated and I diligently keep it updated, but the problem persists. The freezing problem began a year ago, not long after purchasing the laptop. The freezes occur randomly, sometimes going weeks without an issue, then suddenly experiencing frequent freezes for about a day before returning to normal. I feel that I was sold a faulty product considering the high price I paid. I am disappointed that HP's support services have not been responsive, as I can no longer access the chat feature on their website for assistance.

This issue doesn't occur all the time, but when it does, it's frustrating. My HP Envy Pro [redacted] is malfunctioning. Whenever I power it on or during use, it prints a printer information page before the intended document, resulting in unnecessary paper waste multiple times a day. The print cartridges are too limited, running out after a meager [redacted] pages per cartridge. Despite the printer showing there is enough paper loaded, it consistently displays an "out of paper" message for letter-sized paper. I currently own an efficient HP laser printer that I use with my laptop on another floor. Given the issues with the [redacted], I am considering exchanging it for a laser printer similar to the one I already have.

I bought an HP Pavilion Desktop Computer in February [redacted] and also got an extended warranty that's valid until December 3, [redacted]. I share the computer with my wife at home, and we use it on our wireless network. The computer runs on Windows 10 Home and works well for both of us. Whenever I'm not in the study where the computer is located, my wife can use it without any issues. However, when I'm in the room, the computer becomes unresponsive to her commands and mouse input. She can't carry out tasks like opening programs, browsing the internet, or using applications on her own. It's frustrating for both of us. Unexpectedly, the laptop was encryption enabled, which was not adequately communicated by HP. Subsequently, after a BIOS Update ran on March 2, [redacted], my computer password was changed, and I lost access to both my computer and files. In response to this, I sought assistance from a computer repair technician who was unable to obtain the Encryption Security Key from HP, resulting in the replacement of the Hard Drive and the loss of data at a cost of $[redacted].68. It is disappointing that HP's lack of transparency and support led to this inconvenience and financial burden. I have two HP laptops covered by warranty. One was sent for repair while the other has an ongoing issue with the warranty expiring on 3/16/[redacted]. I extended the warranty recently. I found out the first laptop isn't covered due to "accidental damage" and would cost $[redacted] to fix when I just purchased the extended warranty. Upon trying to cancel the extended warranty for a refund, I encountered difficulties and was disconnected during a call last night. This morning, after being transferred multiple times, no one could assist without an order number which I did not receive by email. The registration code provided by "My Absolute" isn't acknowledged by HP. I have had challenging interactions with customer service representatives named Fred, Amy, Kayle, Gajiah, and Claire using various phone numbers. The process has been frustrating and I paid $74.63 for a service that seems unhelpful. Getting a refund should not be this complicated. It's disheartening to face such challenges after investing in the laptops and a seemingly ineffective warranty.
