The issue in GetHuman-mjeanhsw's own words
I have an HP laser jet ****dnf MFP printer which works fine with USB connection to * older MacBook Pros, (**** with El Capitan, **** with High Sierra). I have new **** with Catalina. I have not succeeded in installing driver on it to use the printer - get these messages that various pieces will damage computer. I have not figured out even whether the printer could be operated with WIFI connection. The System Administrator at NASA Goddard whom I asked says Catalina and this printer are incompatible, but some HP on-line information implies it can be compatible. So first question is Can it be done? If so, by USB or WIFI? and pointers about how would be appreciated. (I can buy a new printer, but would like to still be able to use this one for the ****, and I will be required imminently to upgrade it to Catalina.)
GetHuman-mjeanhsw did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
