I sent home laptop for repair Sept ****. HP didn't get it. I tracked it to NEWGISTICS on **** I believe in texas. They should have gotten it to HP by now. BUT when I check my CSN the repair order was canceled guess due to length of recieving? Need to know if they have it NOW . My calls go to another country, I call several times a week and just get the runaround . Need Superviors or upper manament help in this .Tire of the run around. Need to find my laptop
